I don’t know his name but he worked the Wisconsin Dells Dunkin on Friday evening Dec 22. He was alone I believe, but he worked fast and well. He was managing drive thru and counter and even dealt with less than patient customers. Kudos to this gentleman. We will be back because of him!
As a pretty regular customer, I am always happy when Danielle is working!She is so sweet when taking your order and is patient.She is the best at making the Bacon Avocado Toast. You’ll know if she makes your toast because she actually puts the right amount ingredients on it!Thanks for caring enough about your job, Danielle! This worker name Danielle’s she was so wonderful on helping me find things on the menu that I was not sure on what to get and she recommended me to get this ice latte drink. She was very wonderful and did a good service for me.Definitely be coming back to this location.!

Friendly fast service, very clean inside the store. Stop here every morning before work and am always satisfied! Also, they always cruellers on hand while every other dunkin donuts never has them. I highly recommend this store!!Dietary restrictions: Artificial dyefree
We have been going to this Dunkin’s since we moved to the area. We’ve never had a problem until today. My daughter called to ask questions about working there and she was met with nothing but rudeness and was hung up on. I then called to find out what the issue was and was also met with rudeness when Jamie answered and was hung up on. I understand having a bad day if that’s what this was….but no customer should be treated the way we were tonight. I asked her if I could speak with a manager and she refused. Instead I was hung up on. If that’s her customer service, then maybe she should work else where, where she doesn’t have to talk to customers. I sincerely hope she gets reprimanded for her actions and behavior!
