Field's at the Wilderness

Salmon special - excellent. Cooked perfectly, clean piece thru ought. Vegetables and salads fresh, flavorful Other guest had oyster appetizer: excellent, fresh flavorful. Very surprised by how genuinely good our meals were.

Exceptional service ... Anna was very accommodating and attentive ... salad as fresh and crisp snd prime rib cooked to perfection as was New York Strip ... loved the risotto as a side ... we absolutely love the ambiance here

Everything was fantastic! The food and service was spot on! Bar service was a little slow but they were busy which might have affected that. Will definitely return!!

We took our son to the Field's for his 24th birthday, which we put on our reservation when we made it. We checked our coats and confirmed our reservation when we arrived at the restaurant, but we decided to sit at the bar, since we were early and they had Happy Hour until 6 pm. We ordered some drinks and appetizers and the bartender (Sorry I didn't get his name) was awesome. He checked my son's ID (Because my Son looks very young) and the bartender notice it was his birthday and made it special (The bartender even joked to my son and he didn't get facial hair until he was 26 years old.) After that it wasn't so good - The food was Great and so was the Atmosphere, but as I noted early it was my son's birthday and it was informed to the staff, but the servers never said anything or did anything (So Thanks for that) I mean why do they ask if there is any special occasions when you arrive and they do nothing for it.

Everything was wonderful! Our waiter was very astute and the food was so delicious. Can't beat filets and seafood, but the preparation of everything was so good.

My first experience at Fields was amazing! The ambiance and vibes were unmatched and the food was even better. I had the sirloin, firecracker shrimp, spinach salad, and twice baked potato. I will dream about this food for the next couple weeks—specifically that salad! Amazing! I had to take away a star because of the service we received at the bar. It took the bar staff 10 (or more) minutes to take our drink order and my drinks (brandy old fashioned sweet and lemon drop martini) did not taste good at all. The old fashioned had little flavor and the liquor was super overpowering. The lemon drop martini needed some work as well—my favorite is the one at Driftless Glen and this one at Fields couldn't hold a candle to theirs! Overall, great experience. I will go back again and again!

Best meal and service my wife and I have had in a very long time. Every single thing wast great. Food amazing, service top notch.

First time here and we will be back, food and ambiance were fantastic. Wife had the rack of ribs, had to be 18 inches long, meat literally fell off each bone. Have enough leftovers for 3 more meals. I had the top sirloin which was cooked perfectly. Service was phenomena. Loved the place!

The sizing of the meals were very very small, I understand it is supposed to be fancy, but for a pasta meal to be more filling than a tiny steak that is supposed to fill a hungry man? I mean I guess.. but at that point make sure the sides are a bit bigger. I shared my meal with my fiance so he wasn't hungry at the end. The options that were there were also very limited. Not a simple spaghetti or fettucine... but they had a mac and cheese for kids? The only thing that was really good was the risoto...everything else was either rock hard like the bread or small portioned like the steak that was supposed to be bigger. For the bill being $250 for 4 people who all drank waters? I'm not coming back.

When we are in the Dells that's where we like to eat at. Great food and excellent service.

Always a nice outing at Field’s. Parking is tough, we had to circle a bit before finding someone who was leaving. I’ve also had better food at previous visits.

The Boys rocked at serving and they ARE gentlemen! The lamb chops was superb n heavenly! The sauce for the lamb, BLISTERING BARNACLES FANTASTIC! I slept happily ever after after dinner! GOD BLESS the FIELDS!

The service was outstanding. The cocktails were excellent. Our dinners were delicious. My husband loved the seafood medley, my filet was a bit overcooked but tasty.

Had the steak special tonight it was exquisite. Had lobster bisque for appetizer and that was amazing too. Impeccable service with a view overlooking s little pond.
