The food was delicious, the meal was well paced. The service was old school service, personable, knowledgeable, and on point. The menu had great options. The drink recommendation’s were good. The atmosphere felt quiet and intimate, and the restaurant had a joyful vibe. The restaurant itself is a bit dated but it did feel like a traditional Wisconsin restaurant. The restrooms were clean. The restaurant has an outdoor patio with live music during certain times and a Happy hour at the bar was available at certain times too.

My mom and I go to House of Embers everytime we visit Wisconsin Dells I don't think the brothers run it anymore. We came for the prime rib had 6:30 reservations they open at 4:30 they only have prime rib on Saturday nights they ran out how can you run out when thats the special we left and went across the street to the Del Bar it was a delicious meal. Enough said!

Some of the best ribs I've ever had. So tender I didn't need the knife. My wife really enjoyed the salmon, and they have a good variety of mixed drinks.

Parking: It's a small lot, but you can make it work.

Kid-friendliness: I wouldn't bring kids. Waste of time.

I dined here a few weeks ago and had the best experience at a restaurant. I wanted something nice while I did an out of town trip for my birthday. I wanted something beautiful and with many options and this place rocked it. The waitress I had was so sweet and genuinely seems to love her job. Will be coming back again and recommend to everyone!

I found this super club superb. Especially in an area where everything is gimmicky. We got, oysters on the half shell, crab cakes, oysters Rockefeller, beef tips, portabella sirloin, prime rib & lobster, kids ravioli, and a ribeye. The apps were great. Wouldn't recommend the beef tips, just because the others were so great. I just returned from Maine prior to this, I thought the lobster was cool much better here. Prime rib was amazing, but my wife's portabella sirloin was my favorite. Mushrooms were great and thick, the temperature on the steak was perfect, and the sear was GREAT. Highly recommend. It is pricey, but you get what you pay for.

Worst experience ever!
1. We were seated 30 mins after our reservation. Then told “we should be happy we even getting seated and served because this is Wisconsin Dells.”
2. We were served frozen rolls. Not only premade rolls but literally rolls that were frozen in the middle. This was shortly after the lady who seated us told us we are lucky to be there because everything is hand made
3. Then 1.5 hours after being there we got our food. It wasn’t even what we ordered and looked awful. I wish I could post the pictures but I don’t see that as an option
4. I asked 3 times to talk to a manager. I was finally walked to their kitchen and he still couldn’t even give me 30 seconds of his attention. I get being short staffed. My family has owned and operated bars, restaurants, and catering services, but to not even give a customer the time of day?!?
5. Then because we waited so long the money I spent for my kids to play at Tom’s Foolery was wasted and I still had to take my family out for food

You couldn’t pay me to go back to this place. We are frequent fliers in the Dells. After this treatment I am sure this establishment could care less about losing our service but hopefully others will read this review and think twice before wasting their time and money.

Waitress was a bit to quick with serving each course. The dinning room was not crowded so that was no reason for it.

I'm giving it 4 stars because the food and drinks were delicious, but that was about it. Had a 7pm reservation but didn't get seated until 7:45. The restaurant was packed on a Saturday night (which is understandable) so they ran out of prime rib by 8pm. I'd recommend eating earlier around 5:30 or 6pm. But once we got seated and served the food and drinks were awesome. The clientele on the other hand was something to be desired. We saw multiple people in swim trunks, cut off t-shirts, and hats. I get that it is a touristy area, but come on people!! Maybe change out of your water park clothes before coming to eat at a more high end restaurant, and maybe take off your hat while at the table. That drove me nuts, but I guess I'm old school. I'd come back and eat again but probably not on the weekend during the summer.
