We went for breakfast. I asked the server to bring my butter with my coffee since I like soft butter on my pancakes. He offered to quick microwave it when he brought my pancakes; good thing he did as the pancakes arrived slightly warm, NOT hot, so the melted butter worked great. Too bad this IHOP didn't serve my table HOT food - only warm food. Hard to understand since the place wasn't over-filled with customers. Customers should accepting food at mediocre serving temperatures. Quality has many sides: the food temp is one of them.

We were seated within 10 minutes. Food was ok. Steak was sweet( I don't think steak is supposed to be sweet). Our server was very helpful and attentive They should fix their patio door. It slammed every time it closed. Also one more thing for the staff to be mindful that when bringing food out they should not put food against their clothes that's very unsanitary. Staff was very mindful of eating area cleanliness. But overall the experience was okay

Don't know why 3.8 starts. We rolled in at 11.22pm got the immediate service, no mistakes, no neglect, good food, simple and fresh. For the late night meal definitely recommend!!!!
