if you have come to wisconsin dells for vacation there is no need to go anywhere else. everything is perfect the waiters are friendly and the food is delicious than you think. i am currently in denmark but i cant get it out of my mind, i miss there;)

Food was not good, served cold eggs and the waiter was as friendly nor checked to make sure we were okay. The food portions were small and the same as there other IHOP counter parts. Plus our kids ordered off the kid menu, but was charge adult drink pricess. Will not come back there and the 18% gratuity for a party of six is a bit of egregious.

They were moderately busy, but we still waited over 45 min for our food. They missed part of our order, screwed up another, and the waitress never checked on us. By the time she came back around, we were begging her to just fix the check and let us leave

Had a ton of people working most with nothing to do but stand around. Food was brought out fast and was good. Waiter never came back to check on me, refill my coffee or see if I wanted anything else. Plate my food was on had 3 big chips missing 😩

Was given 3 different rolls of somverware that were dirty and all of the food was cold. A waffle meal came with nothing but one waffles and the sides for it had to be paid separately!!
Kids loved the food. Staff was awesome and good price for the amount of food.

I got sat down and my server Valdwin took at least 10 minutes to get to me, so I already knew what I wanted. After I finally got my food and drink he never showed up again. Never got a refill, never asked how I was doing. I had to go and talk to a different server to see what was going on. Really bad service on his part. Only good thing that came out of this was the fact the food was decent.

My husband and I shared one of their specials. It was more than enough for the two of us. Our waitress was great and even stopped to make sure we had enough food and offered to send us a drink refill to go.
