In our stay passing by Wisconsin Dells We decided to try Jimmy John’s sub overall good sandwiches, good taste, employees are polite reasonable prices, store is open until 9:00 pm; location was clean. Store not accept bills large than $20. Our order was to take out. Recommended to try it if you don’t want hamburgers

This lady claimed to be the “manager” did not show mannerism of such in any way.She was very rude, wasn’t attentive to questions that I was asking her, and she cussed at me and said “I needed to get tf out of her store” because I had asked what her name was.This is not a good look for this store. I would advise to please roll the cameras back and handle accordingly. The date was 5/21.Food was excellent!

Always a quick and easy way to get food without any wait!
We ordered 6 subs, got day old bread, my wife’s comment “why is the bread so sharp?” Was told if we wanted a bag, napkins or mayo that it was at the pickup and we could serve ourselves. Subs weren’t numbered. Was not up to the JJ standard that we expect. Probably won’t be back. Also, we were the only customers in the place.

After a terrible experience at the Baraboo location, our family left and traveled out of our way 20 minutes to this location. It was well worth it. Customer service was so understanding of the situation and confirmed the excuse from the other location was definitely not “company police” as the other store had stated. Kindness and honesty go a long way!

This Jimmy John’s location is pretty standard in service and food quality. We got our food pretty fast and had a good meal. I don’t really have anything to complain about, our service was great. There is plenty of parking at this location and the staff were very friendly. That’s about all I have to say.

Dietary restrictions: Lots of bread but there are lettuce wraps.
Parking: Free lot.
