I used to go to Jose’s about once a month in baraboo and then the service just went to h*ll. The food was getting made poorly , I was getting dirty plates, stale chips , staff arguing with me that I couldn’t get the food made the way Jose made my order . I was getting charged more for the same order at the casino restaurant and on different occasions my friend and I threw our entire orders out because of how stale and cold they were . We have ordered to go orders through DoorDash and uber eats not right . I would go to switch my taco salad over and the entire bottom would fall out for being so soggy and the grease would come to follow . Tonight I ordered uber eats really craving Mexican and thought I would give it a try again . They f*cked up my order . I ordered a taco salad with chicken . Plain Jane . I got a beef taco salad . I DON’T eat beef . Moved the salad to a regular plate and the bottom gave out because of being soggy and the grease just followed . I am extremely disappointed in the way service has gone down in his restaurants especially when he takes so much pride in them .

Recently had dinner with my family here and all the food was horrible and subpar. We ordered the birria, steak nachos, enchiladas verdes, and carne asada. Everyone’s order was gross, overcooked, or thrown together. The host before seating were rude and not attentive to customers coming in the restaurants, they were to busy talking bad about their customers in Spanish. I would advise going somewhere else because this restaurant is expensive and not worth your tastebuds.

Well the food was not to good I wanted to order something on the menu but couldn’t because it was only served on certain days so I settled for enchiladas which I thought was a dinner with rice and beans but just a plate full of enchiladas which were not so great my daughter enjoyed her nachos so that was a plus. The service was mediocre at best the server seemed to be in a hurry which is was not busy so I didn’t understand his rush but ok and the atmosphere is not bad but I have come to realize that if you want decent Mexican food in the dells Taco Bell is your best bet because this place and Mexicali Rose are not very good

This place is disgustingly bad the food is shit, service is horrible they take photo of u without permission and than charge you .
