Kaminski's Chop House

Waiter was excellent. Ambiance, especially when getting to restaurant was awful. Once inside it was better but not great for a high end restaurant. Food was good but very pricey and I've had better at that price point. I won't be back.

From the minute we walked into the area we were greeted with a smile. We cannot say enough about the experience we shared with our friends.

The black and blue appetizer that came with the dinner special for two, was amazing, but I did have one bite with fat - which filet should not have, in my opinion. The garbage salad, made table-side to your specifications, is fantastic. The menu says the filet is 6oz, but both our filets were definitely at least 8oz. They were cooked as ordered. I didn't get any added seasoning,just the regular way and honestly, it was lacking. My husband got the blue cheese crumbles and it was great (very similar to the aforementioned appetizer). I had a smoked old fashioned and before they brought it out on a plate and the smoke was held over it with a glass cover until you drank it. The smoke flavor, an extra, was not as bold as the last time I was here. It was a little disappointing. The waitress did say they were having problems with the smoker. We had the cookie w/ice cream for dessert and it was really good, but I think it could've been thicker. It was like they didn't put enough dough in the skillet. Ice cream was great. We like the atmosphere and the waitress was also nice.

We love coming to Kaminski and have been there countless times. Always amazing service and the food quality, portions, and taste is outstanding. We went for the fall special dinner for two to celebrate our anniversary and it did not disappoint. The garbage salad and filet is always top notch. The curveball was the crab cake appetizer that blew us away! Servers are always refilling water glasses and asking how we are doing and if they can get anything for us. The manager even stopped to say thank you and ask a quick review. A+!

Simply an amazing experience. Top notch and was the crown jewel on my surprise weekend for beloved family. Outstanding.

Overall the presentation of the menu was on point it was very pleasant and the environment was relaxing. The menu is extremely overpriced for the quality of the food honestly. I ordered bacon wrapped scallops, they were overcooked rubber but the bacon was undercooked or maybe it was even boiled maybe? The mashed potatoes were dry. The salad and the steak were good but not what I'd expect for $99+ also we paid $33 a piece for mixed drinks that's insane. Overall the experience was a 3 at best.

I enjoyed my birthday at Kaminski's Chophouse and it was wonderful! The unforgettable meal was topped off with a complimentary dessert!

Service was awful, no bread brought to table til end of meal, rushed and asked at least. 1/2 dozen times if we were ready to order, appetizer was ok, we ordered garbage salad to split, ordered bone in tube eye with onions and mushrooms I ordered wild mushroom ravioli, meal meal came then she began to toss the salad..,. I said we would have expected that BEFORE dinner she replied, I assumed with no sides ordered you'd want it with dinner, I said no that's not the way and you should have asked.,,, I also said don't bother we don't want it.... Bread finally came Ravioli were good, steak medium NOT medium rare, she apologized and got us dessert we had brownie pie with Ice cream.... Brownie with Carmel snd fudge sauce was cold... not warmed at all.... Will never waste another 200+ here again..., so disappointing

Our 4 person group was excited to be there the first time. We had a 6pm reservation. We showed up on time. We got seated at our table by the windows. Nothing fancy so far. After the gentleman seated us. He gave us some menus. And said he would come back. 35 minutes later and the only person we saw was the water lady. She filled our water glasses. We were really looking to order some drinks. So after 35 minutes I went up to the gentleman who seated us and asked if we could have someone take a drink order. After a few minutes our waitress for our table came over and took a drink order. So after 40 minutes we finally received our first drinks. Two out of 4 drinks were wrong. One did not have mushrooms in it and the other had no cherries in it. So finally we get to order a meal. We had watched another waiter while we were waiting to go over the steaks from a cart. Our waitress came and asked if we need to see the steaks. After a hour we were getting hungry. That should have just happened. Like all the other diners who were there. So we order off the menu. Then we all wanted salads so she brought out a salad cart. That was a very nice touch to custom make a salad right there. That was good. So next came the food. The portions are all very big. We had appetizers that were very good. We had the stuffed seafood mushrooms and the escargot. Both really good. The main meals were steaks and lobsters. Our steaks were average our Kansas City bone in steak was not tender. But had great flavor. I had the Parmesan crusted one. Not sure if that made it tougher by doing that. Then came the second round of drinks. Two out of four were wrong again. The vodka tonic came with seltzer water. And the second old fashion came with no Cherries again. I ordered the wine which was a very good Cab. And my friend had the 40 year old port. Which was excellent. So for us the steaks were average to good but not excellent. The lobster was very good. They did comp our desert. For mistake

Absolutely amazing service and food. I would eat there everyday if possible. Steaks were super tender and delicious. More food than we could eat. I recommend kaminskis to everyone who asks me . A great place to eat.

We were celebrating my son-in-law's birthday. Josiah was a remarkable host and made sure we were taken care of. Mike was our server and he gave outstanding service and great recommendations. Would highly recommend. Great food and fabulous service! Josiah is a great manager! Would highly recommend this restaurant.

Kaminski's is the type of place you go to celebrate or entertain. The prices are on the high side for the area, but you get what you pay for. The steaks were perfectly cooked and delicious. The loaded mashed potatoes were flavorful and very plentiful. We had crème brûlée for dessert, which was a perfect finish. The service was also spot on. I should note that we took advantage of the 2 for $99 special which is an extraordinary value.

Celebrated an anniversary date night. Ambience was great. Food was great, plentiful and good value. Service was very good. From the host to server to the sweet girl who boxed up our food.

We went there to celebrate our anniversary a night early. The service was excellent. The food was outstanding. We were very happy and full an excellent place to celebrate. We will be back.
