Was a little pricey, the half chicken and mash potatoes was great, the Alfredo was great, the fries and nuggets were either a little hard or a little soggy. Service was 👍
I want to take a moment to sincerely thank Ricardo and Paula for their outstanding service at Lodge Wood Fired Grill. From the moment I arrived, their warm hospitality made me feel welcomed and comfortable. I started my evening with a couple of drinks, including a Bloody Mary, which was expertly crafted and absolutely delicious—truly one of the best I’ve ever had.
But what truly stood out was the incredible meal I enjoyed. I had the pleasure of trying their steak, and I can honestly say it was the best steak I’ve ever had in my life. The quality, flavor, and perfectly cooked presentation made it an unforgettable dining experience. It’s clear that they take pride in what they do, and it really shows in the food and service they provide.
Throughout my visit, Ricardo and Paula were attentive, friendly, and professional, making sure that every detail was taken care of and that I felt valued as a guest. Their dedication to providing excellent service truly enhanced my experience at Lodge Wood Fired Grill.
Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better evening. The combination of fantastic food, great drinks, and exceptional service makes this place stand out. I highly recommend Lodge Wood Fired Grill to anyone looking for a top-notch dining experience. Thanks again to Ricardo and Paula for making my visit so memorable. You’re doing an excellent job, and I look forward to returning soon!

Wish we had not eaten breakfast there , slow service, gross food and overpriced 👎
The food was disgusting. My carrots were sitting In a soapy water tray, my grilled cheese was reheated and still not melted on the inside, the cook couldn't tell us what was in the food he was making and they ended up giving my family allergic reactions. We spent the next day on the toilet super sick. Everything was a huge disappointment and we ended up paying $18 or more, PER MEAL. Never in my life would I expect to pay that much money for a soggy sandwich soapy carrots and mushy fries. I will not be returning.
Some items on the menu are overpriced and not worth it, in my opinion.
Couldn’t get waited on, even for a drink even though the place was empty. 4 workers standing around talking.

We are breakfast here the two days of our stay. The first day, the service was a 2 star, and the food was just okay. The second day, Vanessa was our server, and she was wonderful. Night and day difference from our server the first day. Friendly, quick, and attentive. Food was good and the omelets were yummy.

BEWARE: Food caused diarrhea! We ordered cheese curds, a soup, and 2 cheeseburgers. Within hours of eating, my family was glued to the toilet. Considering my bill was $75!!!!!! AND we got sick, I’d say you’re better off going to the Mc Donald’s down the street for a burger and fries.

Do not get the breakfast package. It is not worth the convience for being in the resort. There are many other places with better food. The breakfast package is served family style. They bring out scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage links, breakfast potatoes, and pancakes. It also comes with a drink. That being said the food is just meh. The first round was lukewarm. Sausage links and bacon were OK. Eggs were bland with no taste. Pancakes were cold and tasted like cheap Bisquick. Not worth the money. Have one more day of prepaid breakfast and I am seriously considering about eating the cost and getting food from somewhere else. If it was cheaper then it might be OK but for the amount that's paid you can get a good breakfast for the same price. I will say the service is great but that's it.

Beware the Half rack of ribs for $28. They were dry and seemed frozen/microwaved - totally overpriced. Fries were basic. You pay for the convenience here. Long-time Dells visitors should know better than to fall for traps, but after traveling and check-in and when you're hungry, you'll pay top price.Burgers were good.

Food was better than we expected it to be. It was definitely overpriced but overall we thought worth the convenience.

My recent dining experience can only be described as a complete disaster. What was supposed to be a $13.99 chicken Caesar salad turned into a $20 waste of time. The container revealed nearly a whole head of Romaine lettuce, a meager amount of croutons, and a sprinkle of cheese, all accompanied by a single dressing container. Not the chicken ceaser salad with extra dressing on the side I ordered. This mess of a meal was promptly returned. The manager, acknowledging the failure, offered a refund along with some "free food." Little did I know that the complimentary items would be the most burnt chicken tender, resembling more of a charred tire than anything edible. Along with dried out mashed potatoes and sloppy mac and cheese. In summary, the entire ordeal, from the overpriced salad to the laughable attempt at compensation, left me questioning the establishment's competence. This culinary catastrophe is one to avoid unless you have a taste for garbage. This was all after two other attempts to order dinner for our family as we are staying at the Great Wolf Lodge for our sons birthday. You're better off with gas station food. Would not recommend.

I ordered the Power Greens salad. Top ingredients are kale and arugula with pesto vinaigrette. My salad had no kale, no arugula, and no pesto.Just spring greens and a weird dressing. The other ingredients were correct, so I know it was meant to be the correct salad. But there were also added ingredients that weren't listed in any of the salads. It really just felt like a "throw in whatever you have left" kind of salad. I love arugula, so I was really disappointed. We had some allergies in our group, and when we asked about a few ingredients it was clear they didn't really know. They brought out the cook and he was vague and didn't inspire confidence in his answers. Pretty sure he was wrong about one of the dishes because today someone is suffering...I suppose you can't expect them to know ingredients if it's just reheated food, but still, go read the labels for us.The kid's grilled cheese was definitely reheated and really gross looking. The plate was so hot that the melons on it were really warm and the carrots tasted like dishwasher cleaner.2 people got a quinoa bowl they liked better and the potato chip brisket nachos looked better. Our server was very nice, but seemed pretty new.
