Just ordered a thin crust pizza and wings, pizza was very dry and over done, frozen pizza would have been a better way to go and would have been under $20. Wings didn't come with any sauce even though I ordered it with buffalo sauce. The menu does specify the sauce comes on the side but no sauce was delivered at all.

I got a chicken tender wrap. $10 and it was nothing but lettuce. No flavor at all. I got the 'mild' chicken wings. These were just plain breaded wings, no flavor at all. Over priced and poor food. At least what I got was.

Very bad service. Wish 1/2 a star was an option.

I read all the reviews before ordering from this place, I have to disagree with a lot of people's review. We order a chicken wrap , nachos and cheese , and a 12" pizza . The pizza was great, maybe more sauce on the pizza but great taste. The wrap was great too .Not over priced at all .

It took over an hour to get our food. When I placed the order they said 30-35 min. I called at 10:21 food arrived at 11:26. I order Mozarella Sticks and an Aloha Pizza. The food was cold, mozzarella sticks were old and overdone. The pizza was horrible. If you are considering ordering don't do it! You will be disappointed!

While staying at the Chula Vista resort for a trade show, our group was in search of a casual dining option and unfortunately, we ended up at Luigi's Pizza A colleague and I decided to try the BBQ chicken pizza. The pizza was topped with smoked Gouda and mozzarella, barbeque sauce, grilled chicken, red onions and cilantro. There were a couple major flaws with the pizza. First, diced garlic was sprinkled on the crust before the pizza went in the oven. Those small pieces of garlic burnt to a blackened crisp as the pizza baked, so every bite of crust left the bitter after taste of burnt garlic. Second, the chicken was extremely salty and also had an overly strong garlic flavor. The barbeque sauce was nothing special, probably something along the lines of Sweet Rays. Other than the burnt garlic, the crust had little taste and it was extremely soggy in the center of the pie. When I tried to pick up a slice, all the topping slid off on to my plate. While the cheeses were generously applied, the Gouda lacked any smoky flavor as promised on the menu description. I did like the addition of fresh cilantro, I thought that added a nice accent to the dish. Our server provided disinterested service at best. One of the members of our party who ordered the soup and salad bar had to ask three times to get more greens added to the salad bar, after finding the salad tub empty. She would check in sporadically and no effort has made to keep the water glasses full. The bar area was very hopping for a Wednesday night with a multitude of conference attendees. Lots of drinkers, very few diners and for good reason. I definitely will find a different dining option next time I'm at the Chula Vista.

Worse food ever. How is this place still ope. Do not know how Chula Vista refers this place. Ordered a supreme pizza and the vegetables were tossed on top of pizza raw.

I wish that my rating could be no stars. The customer service is terrible. The "restaurant" does not look like it should be serving food. I actually left without ordering food. We wanted to pass on the possibility of getting sick.

Really good pizza (good food in general if you ask me) and customer service was great. Not over priced at all for how much everything else in the dells costs. Overall, good!

Pizza taste was pretty good but everything was like warm. And our wrap came as a salad with no fork. needless to say we are still waiting for that fork that we were promised right away.
