Why would you put an employee that doesn't speak ANY English at the order window? She didn't understand basic English. I'm all for bringing people into this country and letting them live the American dream... and I'm not mad at the employee. I'm mad at the business for putting her in that position. If Mcdonalds wonders why they are losing business, this is one of the MANY reasons why my family no longer goes there. And yes, I drove away without placing an order because the poor lady at the window couldn't understand me.
what an awful company
This is the most distinctive McDonald's I've ever seen. It has a unique style. It's very convenient. The food is good. However, there are relatively few staff members, so the food takes a bit longer to come out when it's busy. But this doesn't affect the waiting time. While waiting, I was admiring this building. It's really amazing. I love the huge moose so much, as well as the wooden style.

Usually wouldn’t complain about a fast food BUT.. They forgot half our order for 22 people. We drove back 20 minutes to get it and they gave us attitude about making it fresh. Terrible customer service

Orders can some times take a few minutes to get, but the arcade can fill that time. If not you can always look at all the animals they have hanging on the walls, the antler chandeliers, and the stuffed animals on the beams.

Clearly they don't salt the ground here so not only do u slip but your car is pretty much on black ice and u can't stop
awful establishment. extreme wait time just to order. Extreme wait time after ordering. There is 2 drive through screens for no reason they only use one.
Ate here once with my daughter and LOVED it. Good food and good service to customers. LOVE the log cabined theme to it. Will gladly come back anytime.
