This location sucks. Closed during the week and doesn’t open til 10:30 on weekends, FOR A BREAKFAST PLACE?? I asked the lady if I could order at register but she s use the kiosk. Then people came in behind me and started ordering at the register. The asiago cheese bagels were pale and underdone. They don’t have breakfast sandwiches. No WIFI. The to go window table was sticky, had like a lemonade stain and clearly wasn’t cleaned in some time. The rug was rolled up and was a hazard especially for elderly customers.

Plastic wrapper in my food. Avocado on my sandwich was hard as a rock. Terrible.

Stopped while traveling on a Thursday at around 11:30 am. They were closed. Only opened on weekends. Very disappointed.

Food was terrible, and the wait time was over 30 mis. They also don't like taking orders at the register. They are requiring you use their app. Very bad location, to say the least!

Absolutely no staff at this establishment. There were two kiosks to order food and both had at least a 20 minute line. Then once you finally ordered the food it took another 20 to 30 minutes to pick it up. Sold out of many items. No ice in the pop machine.

So, to everyone rating this store badly; It's only open on weekends due to staffing. I've been there on weekends and they're doing great considering. They run out of stuff since they only order for the weekends and since it's sometimes busier, they run out of stuff faster. That's just business. Don't be mad at them, they're just doing their job.Anyways, thank you for the amazing service as always! Keep up the hard work guys, you rock!

Disappointed. We just moved here and was excited to know there was a Panera here. Stopped for lunch and they were closed. Sign said, only open on the weekends. What??? So I went back on a Saturday morning. They only had one loaf of sourdough bread and the shelves were empty. No bagels, no baguettes. I have never in all my life seen such a bad Panera. Please make it great again.

Posted hours showed they should have been open until 6pm on a Sunday, but the doors were locked by 5pm. Multiple customers coming up to shake the locked doors while we waited/watched.
No bread (and it’s called Panera!), no cheese, no turkey for sandwiches. And no staff to tell us that. Instead just kiosks that say “sold out” of everything.

Food is ok but the worst costumer service I’ve had anywhere in the dells area. Don’t recommend.

i did not appreciate this panera bread. they didn't have their dining room open and when we did go inside they told us we couldn't buy anything from inside and it was drive thru only. there was no sign of drive thru only and it was of very inconvenient.

Stopped for lunch today 4/15/22 and had great customer service. They are obviously short staffed like most business these days but work hard to make you not have to wait long. The manager said the drive thru should be open tomorrow and they are hiring more staff in the weeks to come. Very friendly and went above and beyond!

Came here on our way to Chicago. There is a ton of seating inside and nicely kept bathrooms. I was so happy to sit by the fireplace since it was cold on the day of our travel. Staff was friendly as well.
I love it here. Hope you guys open soon.
