Ordered a collection via the website, not given an option regarding pick up time, called within 3 minutes to inform them of time, to be told that the pizza was already in the oven, when i said i wanted it for 730 basically told tough, Surely as a customer i can choose what time i want to collect the pizza?

Came here with my family today for dinner, just finishing off a father's day day out... unfortunately I don't have too many things nice things to say about my experience, the restaurant was quiet, but of course that's not the restaurants fault. Service was very bland. My first server (before she finished or went on break) was quite abrubt didn't talk my 6 year old very nicely and was genuinely very slow.... before server leaves we asked for our desserts. She said yes and slips off... cue in server number 2. Much nicer much friendlier ( the reason it's not a 1*) he was oblivious about our 30min late desserts so when we asked the manager where they were. The young gentleman server bustled over to let us know it will be 6 minutes....( as he noticeably puts them in the microwave by the bar) eventually 2 of 3 desserts arrive which granted looked pretty damn tasty.. he even was cute enough to put 2 spoons with the adult dessert ( probably assuming we would share) I don't share dessert. I'm a greedy sod. So immediately realised he was either unaware or he forgot to make the 2nd one.... now the manager comes over and respect to him, he quickly refunded the cost of dessert. But overall I felt like it was extremely unorganised, and nobody seemed to want to be work there... food was OK... in a pay for what you get type way...

Now I know these are trying times but really Pizza Hut really? When I ask for a bbq base because I’m allergic to tomatoes I expect to get one so I don’t expand like a balloon. I also don’t expect the staff to have such an attitude because jay, my waiter, was very rude to me when I asked for my 4th pint when I insisted that I wasn’t driving home, I was but not for a while. Overall I am disappointed with the Pizza Hut experience but I could come back to rectify my memory of the place.

Absolutely right choice of pizza we ate ,well cooked and specially toppings .good and fresh pizza happy to say this one is The best.

We always go pizza hut in east london, first time at the strand, was amazed by the poor service snd the attitude of the waiter, place an order and was amazed to find they were out of the basic stuff, garlic bread, dips & some drinks, only 3 dips available and salad enough for 1 given to a family of 5, asked for extra salad the did come back. Will not be going back, disappointed

Why does everyone visit Pizza Hut… no frills simple tasty and very kid friendly. However my first visit post lock down in may 2021 was a completely difference experience. Not only is the only website to order food below standard compared to other restaurants but the menu was odd, unnecessarily complex, limited and to top it all off the food is not what it used to be. It’s very very very oily and not very palatable. Shame… but I definiately won’t be returning. For these prices pizza express is a lot better, value for money and taste.

The pizza here is cut uneven and not cooked very well, but that is the least of the problems I have experienced tonight. My nan who has dementia came with me to choose a pizza and she’s only little with very weak bones. As we enter the shop, a Mexican bodyguard was at the door and kicked her and threw her into the menu screens. Everybody broke out into a fight and next thing I know Ed Sheeran comes from the kitchen and starts singing with his guitar. Once he finished his song he grabbed his guitar and smashed it over my nans head. Bad experience overall and the toppings they put on the pizza are put on carelessly.

Food was average and there were no masks worn at all absolutely shocking! No Perspex glass around anywhere so no excuse for masks not to be worn
