Redd's Piano Bar and Lounge

Was there at the end of June and WOW! What a great time! It was packed but the two bartenders Chris and Carlos (?) were awesome. The martinis and cocktails were FABULOUS>. I also had the DK sushi and it was so tasty. Not to mention the guy that was playing, Eric, was so talented. Our whole group had a fantastic time!

Food was excellent! Sushi and hanging bacon were delicious! Both the ribeye and filet were cooked perfectly, very tender, and flavorful! Pricing was about the norm for a high-end steakhouse.

Awesome food and portion sizes. Amazing service. Make sure to go to Redd's piano bar next door for drinks and music!

We had a great family dinner at Double Cut Steakhouse! Our server, Sarah, was very attentive and checked in often to see if we needed anything. The four adults all had steaks which were cooked to perfection. Sides were plentiful and delicious. We had one child with us who had chicken fingers, which he loved. A bit pricey, but a great meal!

One of our favorite places to grab an amazing meal. The food and drinks our always incredible and the staff are great. If you don't try the cherry smoked old fashioned you're missing out.

Desert, sushi, and steak was amazing. Don't need a reservation in the middle of the week. Kids meal were ok. Kid friendly place but we got looks for wearing flip flops from other guests. Bit on the pricy side

Grade of meat or source of meat has changed since last summer. The filet was stringy/fatty and for the price, not what should be served. Asked manager about this and first answer was no, then he's, there was a change three months ago, asked us when we were last in, said last dinner, and the answer changed to three years. So who knows. It had been our favorite steak place in the Dells but going to have to go back to Del Bar after the meal here last night UPDATED Based on the responiveness from management, we are willing to give it another try and will accordingly update the review once that happens.

Was skeptical at first because it's a restaurant connected to a water park, and water park food isn't top-notch. But, as it turns out, Double Cut was OUTSTANDING! Service was great, we had Brock as out server and he was attentive and very kind. Would definitely recommend this restaurant whether you are staying at Kalahari or not.

Super sweet and attentive staff, they let you order food from the attached restaurant and the food is DELICIOUS!! Super swanky vibe, we had a wonderful time

Absolutely phenomenal dining experience at Double Cut Steak House! From the moment we walked in, the ambiance set the tone for an unforgettable evening. But the true star of the night was the ribeye steak—cooked to absolute perfection, beautifully marbled, and bursting with rich, savory flavor. Each bite was tender and juicy, easily one of the best steaks I've ever had. And if you're into cocktails, you must try the smoked cherry old fashioned. It's a masterclass in balance—smooth, slightly sweet, and infused with just the right hint of smokiness. The presentation alone is worth the order, but the taste takes it over the top. Double Cut delivers on every level: top-notch service, elegant atmosphere, and world-class food and drink. I'll absolutely be coming back—and bringing everyone I know!

Excellent ambiance, service, and food. Steaks were perfection, the best we have had for quite a while. Save room for the banana cream cheesecake it is a winner.

Waitress was awesome. Calamari got sent back as it was raw. Then the lobster came out uncooked. They were very kind. Credited the bill. But my stomach is not feeling very good on vacation now.

Chris and Carlos are the BEST bartenders!! Ove u guys!! Great atmosphere and entertainment! We were entertained by John Massey this evening....he should definitely be invited back for entertainment!! You won't be disappointed!!

The food amazing as was the service. The seabass perfect melt in your mouth. The sides are large and all wonderful. The short rib taco Appetizers are the perfect bite.
