The food amazing as was the service. The seabass perfect melt in your mouth. The sides are large and all wonderful. The short rib taco Appetizers are the perfect bite.

We chose here for our anniversary dinner this year. We have been to every steakhouse in the area. When we first arrived we ordered cocktails, I had a rosemary lemon drop which was overly sweet and my husband had a manhattan which also was very sweet which was odd. We ordered Caesar salads and bone in ribeyes. The salad was average, we ordered the small portion each and it was definitely a generous portion. We could have shared the small. We asked for steaks cooked to medium. They were cooked to our liking but the steaks were incredibly tough. We had the bourbon mushrooms which my husband ordered, they could have been cooked longer to carmelize them. My husband like them. There were a lot of families with kids that added to the noise level of the restaurant. I wouldn't choose this place as an intimate special occasion restaurant.

Went with a small group of co workers and had a great meal. All appetizers and entrees were very well done with good portion sizes. The service was fantastic.

This was our third time dining at the Double Cut and was not as good as our first time. The pear in our spinach- pear salad was minimal but the cashew dressing was very nice and seemed freshly made, rather than bottled. My four tempura shrimp, an appetizer that I chose as my entire, were good. It would have been nice to have a shrimp entree option that wasn't pasta based. Tje baked potatoes we added as sides were very good but twice as large as necessary. The service was not as attentive as previously. We requested a quiet table but were put in the side room with a fireplace plus a 10 top, and 2 8 tops fully occupied. It was, therefore the opposite of a quiet table!

Overall food was undercooked, chewy and disappointing. It was my birthday family dinner and we all had to go back to the room and eat again because we were still hungry. We spent over $300 for food we didn't even eat as it was not good. We will not be back here. Bummed that the staff even knew we had medium rare meat, including the kids filet for $30 and they didn't say anything further.

Must stop every time we are in town. Best wine list in town. Also hit the piano bar two nights in a row... was a lot of fun.

There were flies buzzing all around our table and our food. When we sat down the table next to us was complaining about the flies too. My husband caught one in the air, handed it to a worker on a napkin. It was gross. The food was okay. The prices are way too high. I asked a question about sushi and the waiter must not have understood me because he answered in a way that wasn't consistent with what came to our table.

Arrived 4 mins early for a 815 reservation and were told we would be seated at our reservation time and then the next three parties arrived and we were seated after them? Asked the bartender for a regular old fashioned (no sprite) and he didn't know how? Ordered 2 salads, the Cesar was dripping in dressing and was so salty it couldn't be eaten. the medium rare prime rib was luke warm and utterly flavorless, had clearly been sitting under a heating lamp. The popover was served sitting in the au jus and was hard and tough. The shrimp tempura had so much batter on them they looked like chicken nuggets. Hash brown was the best thing we received. Service was ok. Worst steak restaurant I've ever been to

An exceptionally experience beginning to end! The decor is modern and swanky. The staff are exceptionally warm and kind - our server Tammy made our father-daughter dinner one to remember. The food was exceptional - and good value. Thank you for an exceptional evening out.

The service was very slow once we got to our table. We had set there for a while before we received our bread and our drink order was taken. Once we ordered, we had to wait over an hour for our food to get to the table. I order a medium rare steak and it was well done. Our side of fries was cold, and the Lobster Mac-n-cheese was dried out as if it had sat under the warmer for a while before served. This was NOT a cheap meal and overall I was very disappointed in the whole experience.

Awesome dinner at Double Cut! Our server Lucky took great care of us and made helpful comments and suggestions. Everyone enjoyed their steak and sides, and I loved the sushi! Always a nice touch when the manager stops by to make sure we're having a good time.

The food was solid, the cocktails were excellent, but the service really made the experience for us. Our server lucky was attentive and engaging and treated us like family. Tiffany checked on us and insured we had what we needed. I was really impressed with the entire staff from start to finish.

We ordered a couple specialty drinks, truffle fries, three porterhouse steaks and lobster tail. Also had several sides. Everything was cooked exactly as requested and was delicious! We ate at 7:15 pm, and it was quiet and comfortable.

Excellent food. Staff was kind and worked really hard. They were short staffed but went out of their way to delight. Wine list could be upgraded - very California cab heavy. France anyone? Overall great experience.
