1/2 hour to get a pasta dish, then it's wrong. Management needs to quit joking around with staff and put out quality product. Really disappointed.
2 guys behind the counter were very helpful, they helped carry the food for our family and closed the doors so the littles ones could play in the arcade area. The food was delicious!
Local here in the dells, and this establishment is an absolute disappointment. The employees are less than useful and sit around and do not work until a customer is in the building. Pathetic
Rocky Rococo and A&W under the same roof seems like a nice combination if you have a family and can't all agree on the same food. If your hopes aren't too high you'll be fine, this is Rocky Rococo the same as it has ever been. If you want to order by the slice it's better to be there closer to lunch or dinner time as they might be out of what you're looking for in the size you want. They have a couple of arcade games for the kids, too - which as ever can be a blessing or a curse.
We had pizza delivered to our hotel. It took two hours and it came uncut, no utensils or napkins. We did have paper plates, only because we asked for them. We pretty much had to tear it apart and eat with our hands. Not again! Definitely not worth it.

Best pizza around, great salad bar too.
This is how our pizza showed up after over an hour.
Took 32min for my Pizza, came out incorrect, and a simple sorry from Mgt. and walked away with no discount or even a free refill on my beer. All employees looked lost and no idea of what's going on.
SO glad they brought Rocky's back to the Dells...A little pricey, but great pizza..
