Had a great time at Karaoke, nice area to be outside or inside, bartenders were attentive and drinks were reasonable. Karaoke needed a better system of organizing singers and reading the room but were friendly overall.

Bartender accused me of bringing a beer in and my wife bought it for me she Went to the bathroom. He tells me to get out I didn't buy it there what a joke. Didn't even get a apology from him If I could have I would of gave zero stars.

Went here for drinks sunday the 18 and the bartender added his own tip to our card the next day. been calling the last hour and no one will respond.
Can't even review the food because we literally couldn't get that far. Came in for our anniversary dinner and to watch the game. Got there an hr early to make sure we got a seat. Wasn't sure how service worked, saw employees walking around to tables. After sitting there for 15mins with no one acknowledging us we figured we had to order at the bar, no big deal we arent fancy people we don't need much just looking for good food. When ordering at the bar we double checked they were still doing food since they had an event upstairs, tell us the kitchen is open and someone will be around shortly. We finish our beers over 20 mins, see staff walking around really not doing anything but also not acknowledging us. Again no big deal, we decide maybe we should just order at the bar. My boyfriend walked up, had 2 guys walk up behind him while waiting, and then the bartender started pointing to guys behind him to take their orders. Again we are pretty simple people, I get we aren't local but that was just a shame. We left and found some place else.

We came here during the GB Packers game and had a lot of fun. The service was great. My only note was that the hamburgers weren't the best, and size wise didn't even fit the bun that it was served on. Had I chosen something different I probably would have had nothing but good things to say as the onion rings and fries were quite tasty. Was a nice touch to give free shots during the game for each Touch Down, although I'm not the biggest Packer fan (gasp) I found myself cheering for them to score lol.

Waitres never once came back to find out they got our orders wrong. Never came back to fill drinks. The onion rings were burnt. Burgers were unseasoned. BLT had no mayo. The wings were okay. We literally had to find the waitress to pay our bill.
