Service was great and was able to provide a cake within a week’s notice! Cake was cute but was not decorated as requested. Flavor of cake was great! Frosting is not the traditional buttercream frosting as it is more of a creamed butter consistency.

Our experience with Sandy Kakes for our wedding was amazing. We chose a small cake for us to cut along with variety of regular and mini size cupcakes. Sandy was easy to work with and on our wedding day delivered and set up the cake/cupcakes to the Venue. Several compliments from guests. Cake was delicious!

Bought a strawberry layer cake with vanilla frosting. Best strawberry cake I’ve ever had and all of the birthday guests said same!! So moist and fantastic strawberry flavor with delicious strawberry filling between the layers. Also beautifully decorated!!!

Had my daughter’s birthday this evening, needed a last minute halfway decent cake for her and my niece who share birthdays close together. I walked into the store and was surprised at how relaxed the environment was, very laid back in a good way. They had two cakes available for purchase in the display case, one was white cake with butter cream frosting and the other was a chocolate cake with also buttercream frosting. My daughter and I are not fans of buttercream frosting but this was way different than a Walmart cake indeed, I will never buy another Walmart cake again if I can help it. The frosting was not overly sweet like a lot of buttercreams I have tasted and the cake part on both cakes was so moist and had such a great cake like flavor is the best way I can describe it. I will definitely be returning as a customer and will also be recommending them for sure!
PS: they also responded to my email quickly when I initially contacted them regarding ordering a cake, great customer service all around, having worked in the service industry most of my life I greatly appreciate that type of thing

Best Cakes and Cupcakes anywhere, I have a gluten allergy and Sandy makes her cakes with so much love and gotta say can't tell the difference between the gluten free and regular cake which makes it that much more awsome. Definitely will keep ordering from only her in the future!!!
