I’m just blown away by this restaurant! The service is better than some 5 stars I have been to. The the food is phenomenal down to the balsamic vinaigrette dressing for my salad, the breadsticks amazing, everything was so fresh and delicious, short rib parppadelle to die for! will be back and bringing my whole family for generations to come hopefully. I highly recommend. Thank you for a fantastic experience.

Wasn't overly impressed with this experience. Waiter rarely checked on us or acknowledge me and would really only speak with my husband; even my husband noticed this. My drinks came very late and always 5 minutes after my husband's as did my food. For the price, the food wasn't anything to write home about but the soup wasn't bad and the breadsticks were good. They messed up our pizza and my eggplant parm was hard in the middle. Overall probably wouldn't go again due to this experience.

Stopped in for Happy Hour on a Wednesday. The Sarento Salad is the best salad I’ve ever had! The scallops were outstanding and the smoked salmon was delicious! But the service by Elmer absolutely made our night out an experience to remember! Very highly recommend this place!

We went during the off season just after Easter, so it wasn't busy like it usually is when we drive by.This was our first time trying as we've always been interested in going. The atmosphere was good, weird to hear an instrumental version of a Celine Dion song followed by the original. Not a deal breaker unless you aren't a fan of her work.Our waiter was kind and helped me choose the Parmesan crusted Rib Eye. It was amazing and worth it. The rosemary risotto was delicious. I finished all my food but did have help by offering bites to my kids and husband.The kids got spaghetti and meatballs. They thought it was ok, the meatball was fancier than what we normally get. My husband had the chicken parm and also enjoyed it but wished he had more noodles.We will be back for the steak for sure!Kid-friendliness: They have a kid menu, no drink included. They sat us away from non kid tables. Didn't bother us.

Appetizers were great, so were the desserts. The meals my family had were so so. My daughter had BUCATINI ALLA SCOGLIO, half of the mussels were still closed and the others didn't taste fresh. I had CHICKEN MARSALA, which is my favorite dish, but what I was served tasted like it was made from concord grape juice not Marsala wine. I never had CHICKEN MARSALA taste so sweet. My wife ordered the pasta special of the month, she has dietary issues, she was unable to eat it. She had a visceral reaction to the smell of the dish. Not to say it was bad, just that she was unable to eat it. The manager came around and asked how everything was, I explained all this about my food and my wife's food. He took her food away, and there was no further communication. I didn't eat my food, my wife didn't eat her food. I believe since this is a tourist restaurant they don't care about repeat business. Well at least the wait staff was good. I did pay for the food that wasn't eaten, no need to fight when I can just tell the world what happened.

I've been 2x first was slow, second fast so maybe just the day n time but wasn't busy.The atmosphere wasn't cozy n warm so turning up heat with enough time to heat full before opening would be nice. Can't stand being cold when out to a hundred dollar
