I found this place delightful tonight! Went on a whim and had yummy ice cream, sampled fun, delicious popcorn, browsed the cutest homemade doll clothes, and had a nice conversation with the owner(?). Quaint old-school-vibe - loved it.

The lady who was serving me and my dad candy said during a conversation oh your from the bad side of Villa park, have you know we’re pretty wealthy lady, your the one working at a candy shop at 9pm and we’re out vacationing. and to the Mexican kid there same goes to you, idk what you were laughing at, you should mind your own business and keep serving popcorn though, shouldn’t you have a career at you age?

We stopped in about 25 minutes before they closed on Monday. It was very quiet. We walked through the popcorn section and found the ice cream. When we turned the corner, there was a lady sitting at a table with a tray of chocolates and a dozen or so bloody tissues. She looked at us with a bloody tissue sticking out of her nose still. I would've never guessed she was the worker. We looked at the ice cream for a moment thinking someone would come from the back. The lady at the table finally said she couldn't wait on us because of her current condition. My only question is, did she throw those chocolates away when she got up? We'll never be back.

I came here in Dec, off peak time. Friendly service, good options. Just be mindful that they have a limited supply of flavors for ice cream as it's off peak time. But they have the most pop corn flavors you'll ever see. And they fudge, chocolate covered candies and salt water Taffy's. I'll be coming back when I come to the Dells again.

Parking: I did come in the off season, but the lot is a bit small.

Good variety of ice cream flavors. Butter Pecan was great! They also have a wide selection of candy and a crazy amount of popcorn flavors. Flavors I remember seeing.... Thin Mint, Butterfinger, Confetti, something Cheesecake, Cheddar Cheese.

Soooo good! We went here each of the three nights of our trip. You can get a free ice cream if you bring a filled out scorecard from pirate's cove.One of the nights google said they were closed. We were disappointed, and when driving by (to go to another ice cream shop), we saw they were open!Overall, great ice cream for a good price.
