Delightful scenery, delicious snacks and dainty dolls are all located at Scoop’s Ice Cream and Candy at Wisconsin Dells. There is a colorful display of cars outside on one side of the parking lot. There is a beautiful waterfall on the other side of the parking lot. Once you are inside, there are beautiful items on display, then there are dozens of popcorn options, followed by dozens of candy options, followed by a freezer of ice cream options and there are dozens of dolls with really adorable outfits near the back of the store. It is reminiscent of a childhood dollhouse combine with a quaint ice cream shop that has really attentive people working.

Jam-packed with candy options. It's a little overwhelming. But they had a vegan ice cream flavor -- oatmeal cookie -- and it was amazing.

Meh, go somewhere else! The only thing good about this place is the easy access. Place was crowded, dingy, and didn't seem very clean. Icecream was good, but I would not revisit!

Friendly staff, free samples before you buy. Best fudge in town!

It’s the average ice cream and candy shop. Nothing too special. The inside is very cramped and you get rushed through, not really time to decide on what flavors you’d like. The ice cream was kind of melted before it was even scooped.

Great store with lots of goodies

The biggest draw here is probably the popcorn. The selection here is awesome. There are a LOT of flavors to select from... They allow you to sample as many as you like, which is a huge plus. And they're super nice. The ice cream isn't amazing, but it's good!

The guy working there was nice but then I got some popcorn and it was allegedly fresh popped and it was stale...

Decent ice cream and good variety of candy. I thought ice cream flavors were a bit limited. Overall good experience.

Fabulous customer service. The owner was so nice and stopped to chat with us. We even got some free ice cream after defeating the kids in putting putting. Ha! Well we did let them have the ice cream. They have a big selection of novelty popcorn. The twix was great. Owner suggested the dill pickle. Both could be addicting. They have a small amount of souvenirs and of course ice cream!

Very little ice cream for a whopping price tag. And stingy with the spoons when we asked for an extra spoon for each dish so we could share. And then they told us there was no public bathroom, which is of course against regulations for an establishment serving food. Oh, and customer parking is limited to 30 minutes.
