The food was fine and this Starbucks was a little smaller than others o have been to but that wasn’t a big deal. What was a big deal was that the service was ODD. My pickup order was marked as ready. Even though I was missing one item. When I went to the counter to ask them about the third item, the barista was very nice but was picking their nose while talking to me then went and grabbed other people’s cups!! No washing hands or anything else. This barista was young but even so if you work in food handling you have to know basic food handling protocols. So gross. We are here on vacation but will travel further to go to a different Starbucks instead. 🤮.

Sam and katrina NEED a raise. This is the only Starbucks I’ll go to and it’s because of them. 🫶 10/10 experience everytime, this location is the best in WISCONSIN.

The staff here is amazing! I literally go every day to see them and get my coffee. They know me when I come in or come through the drive thru. I appreciate their hard work and kindness. This is simply the best location ever!!!

I’m a Starbucks junkie and visit a lot of Starbucks. It’s my daily necessity. This location is overall pretty good, not the fastest in town but generally reliable.
I’d love to give them a 5 star review but I just can’t.
The reason: Doug.
I can’t believe this guy is still allowed to take orders, and at the drive through nonetheless. Every single time you pull up and it’s him he asks for your order. Then he doesn’t listen. And let me preface the rest of this by saying I don’t order one of those fancy crazy custom drinks. It’s simple. So he asks for your order. Then can’t remember what you said or he wasn’t listening because he tries to repeat it back and isn’t even in the correct category of drinks. You’re like where on earth did he come up with that. So you say no and try to correct him but then he thinks he remembers and he talks over you. So you wait. Then you try to correct him and again he thinks he can read minds and he cuts you off again trying to finish your sentence. So you do this game usually three or four times and then you just hope for the best. The first time I got this guy and this happened I was like oh he’s probably busy. But no. This is a standard occurrence. The other day I went through the drive through and could see a bunch of staff sitting in the lobby for what appeared to be a staff meeting. They were all looking attentively at one person…. Except Doug. He was staring out the window, mouth agape. Not surprised. Perhaps that’s what’s going on when you’re trying to order. If I could figure out this guys schedule I’d avoid when he’s there. I’m actually considering just going to the Starbucks on the other side of town because this guy is very aggravating. It’s become a running joke.

First… the wait staff working this morning were all busy and busting it like crazy and they even continued to welcome every customer who walked in!! Kudos to the team of people working this morning. With the amount of people the wait was still short. My Caramel Ribbon Crunch was great!!

Our order number was 731608. My friend and I went in to order matcha lattes.
The women taking our orders was no pleasant. Not outwardly rude but not helpful and very blunt.
My friend ordered a matcha and asked questions about the syrup and was given an unclear answer about sugar content.
I’m a regular with Starbucks, my order was easy but the service wasn’t pleasant. When I received my protein matcha, the protein hadn’t been mixed at all and there were chunks with it.
I’m not super picky, I finished it off but didn’t enjoy it. I just didn’t enjoy this experience and I hope yall do better.

This is the Second time time I came here this weekend. I usually don't go to here because the large chain coffee shops make the drinks watered down. But, fortunately both time they made my drink perfect. I have read some of the other reviews and noticed that their drinks were watered down. I think this large chain should correct this. I have reduced my frequency to Star Bucks because of this reason.

I'm really disappointed that I can't get a small 4oz cup of milk for my toddler without being charged, even when I'm already purchasing a drink. It feels like a small ask, especially from a company like Starbucks. This will be my last time supporting them.
I ordered hot cocoa and what I received was a watered down, lukewarm, and generic version of what I thought would have been high quality and gourmet. The hot cocoa had little flavor, and what flavor it did have tasted like burnt coffee— not chocolate! The service was ok, but other than that, the experience was horrendous!
