Probably the worst location in the dells.
Rude employees, put a cap on my drink that doesn’t latch so it dumped literally all over me and my car, no extra caramel even though I was charged extra for it..
How can the employees be so careless and get away with it? Every time I come to this one I have problems.

The barista at the counter did not take our order correctly. Barista did not ask the size of the drink, chose grande as default. Instead of 1 pump of hazelnut syrup which we asked for, the barista took the order as 4 pumps. Did not confirm our order and was least bothered.

Every time I stop at the Starbucks in Wisconsin Dells, they absolutely nail my brown sugar oat milk shaken espresso. The flavor balance is perfect—smooth, not too sweet, and always exactly how I like it. On top of that, the service is consistently warm, fast, and professional. Whether it’s a quick drive-thru stop or I’m walking in, the team here is on point. Easily one of the best Starbucks experiences I’ve had, and I’ve been to plenty across the country. Keep it up, Dells crew!

Has to be the worse Starbucks. Katrina, the person making drinks, was rude, raising her voice, and of course, everything was someone's else's fault. In fact, she said I yelled at her. That's not the case. She really needs to be taught customer service manners. Drinks were not made to standard for sure. Sandwich was sitting on the counter for 15 minutes while waiting on drinks. Needless to say I will drive to DeForest Starbucks before going there again.

Drinks took forever, they made our drinks wrong and when we politely asked them to fix it they were rude grabbed it and “fixed it” they didn’t remake our drink just changed the foam. Lady that took our order was busy wiping plates while trying to take our order over loud music, don’t waste your time or money at this one. Customers aren’t appreciated and if it’s wrong it’s YOUR fault because they didn’t hear you.

Starbucks ate pretty much all the same. The staff makes the difference. Love am employee that gives off great energy that early in the morning. Koodos to him!

Saw the woman making lattes knock over a garbage can, pick it up off the floor, and continue making lattes. I told her what I saw her do and that I would not be needing my latte made. She asked “are you sure?” Instead of an apology or a refund. Like yes I’m sure nasty

This was first time ever going inside to get a to-go order, the lady at the counter was extremely rude. I asked for my order and she points and says over there. Then I ask that you can just take them and she yelled loudly you paid for it extremely rude. It’s like I understand you may be busy at the time, but like you don’t have to be rude. Like take ten seconds to be polite at very minimum. Never going back to this one.
