Terrible drive thru location, getting out of the drive thru is a nightmare. My order was wrong and when I went to get it corrected the customer service was terrible.

I had a $40 order and they forgot a drink. I specifically asked if my whole order was there and was reassured it was. It was not . I called them and they said to come back and get it as they were too busy to issue a refund. I had already paid $30 for parking and would have had to pay again if i left my activity. POOR POOR BUSINESS!!

Our coffees were delicious here! The staff members were very friendly. If you are looking to do work at a coffee shop, this location could work but we would choose somewhere else just because it is very busy in a tourist area. We love this Starbucks though.

Horrible I waited 20 mins for 2 drinks
While enjoying the outdoors, we placed an order for coffee. However, an employee informed us that we were not permitted to remain seated without placing another order. Despite our assertion that we had already placed an order, the employee remained unconvinced. When we requested that she verify the order, she disregarded our request and departed. The order processing time exceeded 15-20 minutes. In the future, it would be beneficial for employees to be more accommodating and attentive to customers, rather than placing blame.

We stopped here friday like 5.30 pm. We ordered through the app and were waiting outside for our order to be ready. While we were waiting, woman working there came and very rudely asked if we had ordered and said we couldn't sit there without ordering. We told her we had ordered from app, but she didn't believe us. This was very rude and racist because when she sensed our accent from our conversation, she became even more rude and demanded proof. Even though we said we had ordered, she continued to ask us if we were sure.
We had to open our phones and show proof of order because she said there were no orders inside. When we showed ,
she turned back without even apologizing, and we waited longer than usual to get our orders. You go there just to have a coffee and have a good time, and the employee ruins your entire day by being rude and racist. No one deserves to be subjected to this behavior. If you don't want to be there, don't work in the service industry and don’t treat people this way. We left after getting our drinks. I hope this disrespect is taken into consideration and the she learns to be respectful to the customers.

Just recently went to this location during a Vacation to Wisconsin Dells, I was greeted by a heavy-set Hispanic woman. She seemed like She was Upset or something, her service was horrible. Let’s not let her take away the fact that the service I received from a barista named AYLA. Exceptional, she definitely made up for the poor experience we were having, chatted with us a bit and our drinks were AMAZING. She’s a very skilled barista, got our coffee quickly and efficiently. Way to go AYLA.

Nowhere to park, order drive thru pickup on app then they tell you to come inside and wait for your order…how is that any different than if i ordered at the window? Not a good system they’re running

Rude asked for strawberry cf guy gave me the wrong cold foam and said i never said strawberry when that’s all i drink the worst the gave me my drink w very very little cf to be rude once again.

I ordered ahead and went inside to pick up, but my drink wasn’t even started. LEXI, the barista, looked clearly annoyed and was rushing through everything, even though it wasn’t busy.
She dropped the cup, forgot the cinnamon, and when I finally got the drink, there was a long hair inside. It was disgusting. When I pointed it out, she looked annoyed and just remade it with the same bad attitude.
Totally unprofessional and no attention to details to the barrista LEXI, Do better.

Placed a mobile order at 1:35pm, got to the drive thru window at 2:08pm, I was literally stuck in line for 45 mins because cars were in-front of me and behind me so I couldn't even leave. The drinks were melted and the food was cold im sure to the DT line moving so slow and sitting for 45 mins. Never ever would I go here again and looking at the other reviews it seems like many others have experienced this. Hire more staff starbucks.
