Took awhile for someone to take my order, as nobody was on register. Dining room wasn't very clean for so early in the day. Food was great!

Went inside to eat, it was completely empty, placed our order on the kiosk, saw the woman making the food using her gloved hands to scroll on her phone. She then stuffs her phone into her shirt/bra. That's DISGUSTING and unacceptable. So, customers going through the drive thru have no idea they are eating her skin cells and whatever else she touched with the gloves on. The man at the window was on his phone as well. Since when is it acceptable to use phones during a shift? (On your break, sure.) The tables and floor were DIRTY, so much so that we were going to wipe a table down ourselves (mind you, there was not a soul inside or in the drive thru) but once we saw the employee making the food and doing what she was doing, we high tailed it out of there. They should have been cleaning and organizing. The bathrooms were of course dirty as well. YUCK just YUCK. I can't in my right mind eat at this location ever again. Not after what I saw. All kinds of health code violations being committed.

For some reason this place needs cardboard boxes to get orders correct. Every time I order uber eats or door dash and the meal combo doesn’t come with a box, there’s multiple items missing… order inside when you can so you can check bags right away.

I’m a door dasher. I have been told multiple times I can’t go through the drive through to pick up an order. Ok that’s fine. But then maybe you should have someone up front paying attention to when people walk in. I stood there for 20 minutes waiting for an order and had people also wait to just place an order.

I had a DoorDash order and went to pick it up from the lobby, there was a sign on the door saying it was closed and doors were locked. I went through the drive through and waited 45mins just for when I got to the window they told me I had to been done for awhile I should have gone to the lobby. When I told him I tried and it was locked he told me I was wrong. 10/10 worst Taco Bell around

I came to you at one in the morning to pick up my customer's DoorDash order. But for some reason, your employees first prepare orders for customers who have arrived at the window. I waited for my order for 15 minutes, it turned out that they didn't even start cooking it. You wasted my time, that is, my money! This is disrespectful to people who also work with clients. I arrived before everyone else, but my order has never been prepared!

Second time I’ve gone and can’t get my food right, spend all this money for employees too be rude and ignorant, put tomatoes on my food when I said no tomatoes and I’m allergic, 100% don’t recommend
