I had a DoorDash order and went to pick it up from the lobby, there was a sign on the door saying it was closed and doors were locked. I went through the drive through and waited 45mins just for when I got to the window they told me I had to been done for awhile I should have gone to the lobby. When I told him I tried and it was locked he told me I was wrong. 10/10 worst Taco Bell around

I came to you at one in the morning to pick up my customer's DoorDash order. But for some reason, your employees first prepare orders for customers who have arrived at the window. I waited for my order for 15 minutes, it turned out that they didn't even start cooking it. You wasted my time, that is, my money! This is disrespectful to people who also work with clients. I arrived before everyone else, but my order has never been prepared!

Second time I’ve gone and can’t get my food right, spend all this money for employees too be rude and ignorant, put tomatoes on my food when I said no tomatoes and I’m allergic, 100% don’t recommend

Worst Taco Bell I’ve been too, wrong food, no sauces, quesadilla looks like handless person made it, worst service and experience. Workers yelling back and forth, had to repeat order 4 times and still they got it wrong. Needs to be shut down

What kind of service is this? If you don't want to work, then go home, there's other people out there how could take their positions and do a better job than this place is so horrible. Waits exceeding 30 minutes, one clerk staffing both the inside register and the drive thru, i will never ever order Taco Bell.

Food was alright but cold, they forgot my sauce packets which wasn't a big deal. The big deal was the service. Next time I'm coming here with a megaphone.

Its not the fastest taco bell but the food is always hot & fresh! I am not a big taco bell person but my doritos taco was delicious. Meat was hot, taco shell fresh & the lettuce & tomatoes were cold. Totally worth the little extra wait time! My hunny said the same about his burrito. 1 of the Best taco bells I ever been to & it keeps us coming back.

Horribly under staffed. Waits exceeding 30 minutes, one clerk staffing both the inside register and the drive thru, with a puddle covering the entire waiting area and beverage station and still growing.

Absolutely the worst toco bell I've ever been to. The food took forever to be made just for it to be not that good I mean there was no good proportions of meat, all of the tables were dirty/tacky with puddles of water on the floor with straw wrappers all over the place, Took forever to order since we had to order off of a kiosk. Mind that there was not very many people who were even in the restaurant. Overall terrible experience do not recommend.

Tables were like sticky traps for bugs and mice. Hardly any lights on. Floors swept maybe once a day. No counter service. Worst TB experience to date.
