They love to skimp on steak in the grilled cheese burritos. Also, they constantly forget things in Uber Eats/DoorDash orders. Called to complain and got hung up on. Never again.

Staff lady and elderly lady was absolutely rude during my order. I was taking a second to find which card to use and she goes. Do you have the money or not? I left. I’m not gonna give my business to someone who cannot accommodate four seconds of their time.
Eric assisted us on a few problems and addressed it quickly even though he was crazy busy! This guy to a business is very valuable. Hopefully, the owner of the location recognizes his commitment, quality, and patience he brings to this location. This staff were working very fast and doing their best to keep up. Hopefully, others see how hard they are working and that mistakes do happen. Please be patient as they are doing the best they can do. Eric and team, keep up doing great work. People see that you're doing the extra.

Came through drive through at about 11 PM. Eric took my order. He was great, communicated clearly, and even made us laugh! I will return to this Taco Bell every time I am in the area. I think the world needs more Erics, ohhhhh yeahhh!

Absolutely ridiculous. Extremely slow. Seriously watched other people come and go while still waiting on my order. Waited for over 15 minutes before finally getting food. Then it was wrong. DON'T GO HERE!!

Erik B was our cashier, he was so awesome! He has an amazing attitude and really made us feel welcome for a fast food place! He was cheery and making us giggle while we were ordering. I would give the service a 20/10!!!

Eric is the bright light of this T bell. Everyone else in this place is not happy to be alive let alone be in customer service. Eric is the reason we didn't just walk out. Listening to him interact with the drive through made it a pleasant experience. The rest of the staff needs to learn from his example!
