Went thur drive thru first time no one answered the speaker. 2nd time around went thru drive thru didnt have no beef and was trying to order a chicken Quesacerito they didnt know what it was but was on the online menu very bad experience.

The people who work here don't know how to do their job! We walked there and we're told to go through the drive thru cause it was a 20 minute wait with 4 cars in the drive thru... they were standing around doing nothing and nobody else was in the lobby! It wasn't closed they just flat out refused service in the lobby!

Honestly, the Dells location is hit-or-miss on the food. Sometimes very adequate; sometimes disappointing.Expensive as hell. Like everything in the Dells.Being a local of a tourist town has me somewhat used to high turnovers, inflated prices, and rookie employees...But hear my rant...Some of the T-bell workers in my town have been staples for years. I don't "know" them. But I notice they change. Like there's a strange crew change every now and then.Like they're on a rotation between stores? And I won't pretend to understand how that works... and I can't really find a correlation between different shifts and food quality. So...All that being said; they are fast. And it definitely tastes like Taco Bell every time.And I must say that when you catch the good crew, they are the best. Very friendly. Sometimes entertaining.Watch out for the potholes if you're coming in from hwy 12.

Besides the unfortunate presence of kiosk order automation it was typical, good. Taco Bell right along with every other chain has reduced the amount of ingredients in their food items down to cheap filler... 30 years ago I used to get a Burrito Supreme that was stuffed full and now it's no different than to $2 discount menu items but it's still one of the most expensive items on the menu. So it's a Taco Bell, it was alright and the staff member I dealt with was pleasant.
