The most rudest employee, I sat down waiting to order a drink there was barely any customers I waited for at least 20 minutes I told the employee I want to order and she told me to wait while other customers were arriving and she was taking their orders. In the end I walked out with no drink.

Don’t recommend. I ordered the special burger and overall the recipe it self just doesn’t have a good taste . Arugula lettuce was old and the cheese is very Cheap had a fake taste . Coleslaw tasted like from a big bucket . Some people from pool half naked sited at our table even tho the place was empty . My husband had a Mexican dish which was delicious I wish I got that too .

Tried the bacon cheeseburger and I was pleasantly surprised at how good it was. We sat at the bar and ate, there is also seating for families. Instead of the standard french fries, they serve freshly made chips, which were really good!Wheelchair accessibility: There are plenty of tables to wheel up to and the elevator is right next to "The Burger Bar" also.

Do not recommend this place at all. One of the grossest places I’ve ever eaten at! Food is disgusting! Overpriced too! Burger tastes like a frozen patty. Brat was ick! Will not be going back as a regular guest at this hotel.

Pricey and small food selection at the bar. Staff was friendly and checking in on how our food was.

Food is good. Portion size is a tad small for cost. However it is at the resort so you expect to pay a little more.

Good burgers and a good selection..when you go to something like this at a hotel you always a bit leary. But this place is pretty cool! The atmosphere is really neat. The shakes tastes amazing. We also got chocolate covered cookie dough from the candy store which is adjacent.

This place wasn't what my husband and I expected but the waiter was friendly and attentive. It's a quaint place to eat inside the Wilderness Resort. The price of tap beer was $10.50 so I guess it depends on how thirsty you are for a beverage in that sense. My husband and I got the same thing to eat which was a burger and coleslaw. We thought it was a bit different that they didn't offer fries what so ever... just chips or coleslaw. The burger was good and honestly the coleslaw was delicious.

Sat at the bar and the woman ignored us. We were sitting right in front of her. Horrible service.

Place was clean and the staff was friendly. But I was over looked on being served 3 times. Each time the bartender/server helped someone else that had just walked up to order even though we had made eye contact multiple times. The quality of food for the price is fairly insulting. I ordered one beer and one burger and it was nearly $30 not including a tip.Flavor of the burger was ok. But there’s no way it was worth what I paid for it.All in all, other than being overlooked for 10 minutes, my server was friendly and professional. I just choose not to eat there again because of how ridiculously priced everything is.

If I could have done zero stars I would!! First off, we ordered the Steakhouse Melt with pink, that came out no pink. Second, we ordered the Texas Ranger Burger with pink, and it came out no pink. We also ordered the Sliders which were about the only good thing that came out of this service. We were all to hungry to send both the Steakhouse Melt and the Texas Ranger Burger back. The waitress was horrible from the get go. Took close to ten minutes for her to come over to us to drop the menus off. Then, it took another ten to twelve minutes for her to come back for drink order and food order. We were waiting for a refill for my son, and finally when she got over, I asked her to get my son's refill and my wife's. She went to grab my wife's that was half full, and asked her to leave it and bring a new glass. She got an attitude, and said if she brings a new glass, it's not a refill. I was thinking to myself if you didn't take so long to refill drinks, it would have been fine. Then when she came over with the refills, and my wife's cup was filled from bottom to top with ice. I asked if this was considered brisket, and she didn't know. By this point I'm getting upset. I told her to make a new burger the way it's supposed to be done. I guess she didn't like it and then had the manager came over. I pulled back the bun and the manager was like well I see brisket. I was shocked, I was like the thing that looks like bacon, and she's like yes. I have never seen brisket that looked like that or tasted like bacon. Then I wanted to tell the manager that I wanted to make sure that I was only charged for the two drinks that my Wife and Son got, and not a third for the new refill cup that she brought out. The managers response was well maybe she got busy. There were people at four different tables, so she should have not been that overwhelmed. Then the manager dropped the check off and showed my there were only two drinks on the bill, and I said thank you. Then the waitress came over to grab the bill and put it back in front of my 11 year old son because I never filled it out because she didn't give me a pen. I asked her for two more refills with no more ice while she cleaned the table, and she left the cups there and cleaned the table off and didn't say a word. Then she came back and dropped off two new cups with the refills. My wife and son left, and she came back with a pen and told me that she has never been treated so rudely ever before in her life. I kept my composure, and didn't say a word even though I wanted to blow up at her. You are in the hospitality business, you don't talk like that to customers.

Suffices if you are in desperate need of a meal. Mostly bar type food, kids meal type options. The quesadilla is cheesy and buttery, side salad is a good portion, pass on the fish sandwich. Probably are better options within Wilderness

Waited an hour just to order, and waited another hour just talk to a manager. Brought my brat back twice because it was burnt, heard the cook say "it's not burnt! Lmao i went to culinary school; and if my instructors seen and heard that, they would be laughing also. Everyone's burgers were burnt, and disgusting. Lose the cook, or tell him to lower the heat on his grill. Get professionals on that grill because that was just beyond sad.
