Great Karoo Marketplace Buffet

This is the best breakfast buffet ever! Every item is scrumptious. Quality beyond comprehension. The staff is very accomodating. Go see Monica and get your hair braided after you are done in the lobby too;) It makes your day at the waterpark and vacation so much more fun;).

Excellent selection of food choices for every appetite!

Excellent food. 9.17.23 however we made a planning error. It’s not open M-F apparently September is not summer. My family and I went down on Monday the 18th and the buffet was closed. I won’t change my review stars because it WAS great… my bad on looking at google instead of the official website.

Good was amazing. The service for the most part was great. Just word of advice, make sure at least 1 person stays with the table. We went up to get food, and came back to find our table had been bussed, cleared, and re-seated. We were gone from the table less than 10 minutes.

We currently are sitting here eating and I had to write this review before I forget.I don't think its an exaggeration to say this is by far the best buffet I have ever been to. The selection and quality of food is extraordinary and the kids are in heaven. The service by Sara has also been amazing. She is so kind and helpful. It's absolutely worth the cost!

Beautiful buffet with windows by the waterpark. Amazing food options. Even steak! Only gave a 4.5 due to the pancakes not being amazing. All the other food was fantastic. Excellent helpful, kind, attentive staff.

Saturday July 15, 2023!! The Thompson Family Reunion folks hit the The Great Karoo Marketplace Buffet! There was probably 30 of us! The staff was welcoming to our entire party! The server for my table was ADE! I believe she was the server for most of us too!! She is a top notch employee! She consistently moved through the room, attending to our needs! I can't sing her praises enough!!! Many thanks to ADE for a job well done! 10/10, highly recommend! ADE, I hope to see you again and until next time I wish you all the best and God's blessings on you!!♥️

The food is delicious a great variety and good quality! The service was great, Nicolo helped me and he was very friendly.

Very friendly staff and our waiter made sure every need of ours was met. It's a bit pricey but definitely worth a try. They have such a big spread of food to pick from and it's all very tasty. If you love breakfast or you're a big foodie this is for you.

Worst food poisoning of my life!!! My family of four ate there at it was nearly $90 and then they expected gratuity for getting my drink while I have to get my own food. I instantly had diarrhea and was vomiting for two days with stomach cramps. I was able to narrow it down to the eggs with the salsa and salsa on the side. This was the only item the rest of my family did not eat but I did. The food tasted like it was old and reheated. Juice was watered down. Defiantly not the way I wanted to spend my vacation. Eat somewhere else.

Loved the variety of choices for food. And the service for drinks was great. She always made sure you had a drink.

The only thing that saved this place is at the pastry chef knows what they're doing. Other than that, the food is subpar or mediocre at best. The apple juice and orange juice are absolutely terrible. Time to find a new vendor for that. On a positive note, the service was very good.

I had breakfast buffet here 2 different times. The selection of food is great. The quality and taste is good as well

The food was completely terrible it looks and taste like they just re-heated food from the day before. Waffles were so hard it was for my family of 4 and came out to $91!!! Terrible even the orange juice was watering.
