Delicious mushroom risotto, beautiful patio river views.

Worst food, all the food felt like premade store bought food. Zero for efforts, zero for service, good location but zero efforts taken to make it hospitable, seriously waste of location. The server was confused, didn't know about the menu, kept contradicting her statements after placing order. Took plates from us while we were eating. Too much time taken for simple things. Even saw couple getting up and leaving as they where waiting for a long time. Not sure how this place got so much rating but feels like a trap for travellers seeking good view. Worst!

Although the atmosphere was beautiful, this was one of my worst restaurant experiences I have ever had. We waited over thirty minutes before we even saw a worker, I ended up not even getting a drink after waiting for that long and attempting to order off of their Starbucks menu. When I went inside to ask the workers what was going on I found them sitting inside not doing anything. To make matters even worse my pizza was cold, soggy, and dripping in grease. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend eating here.

Owade was outstanding. Sat out on the deck, what a peaceful and grand view. The culinary experience was well worth the sum. Highly recommended you visit this establishment. First time of many in the future.

Really appreciated the Starbucks Cafe for morning coffee. The food & drinks at The Boathouse Restaurant were very delicious. Our room was clean & spacious. Loved that the hotel is right off the Riverwalk path that leads to downtown. Pool & hot tub were really nice. Gorgeous view!

Booked a room here for my nieces bday and had 3 youngins and 2 teenagers as well as 3 adults in the room. First night there we get threatened to get kicked out for being too loud. Mind you we made sure the kids weren’t jumping around etc. it was also broad daylight out the first time they came up. They came up twice. The second time was after singing my niece happy birthday around 9pm. (Still not quiet time) at that time they told us if they had to come tell us one more time we would be removed from their premises. At that point NONE of the kids wanted to be there anymore, they were all crying and afraid of what we were going to do or go to stay the rest of the weekend as we had booked the room for the weekend as a fun thing for my nieces bday. DO MOT STAY HERE IF YOU HAVE KIDS! They claim to be family friendly but are far from it and the manager with the blonde hair is EXTREMELY rude and inconsiderate. Never wasting my money here again! How dare you make my kids and nieces/nephew cry.. especially ON MY NIECES BDAY!! What a disgrace of a place to stay! Mind you ALL of this happened before it was even “quiet time”!

This hotel is amazing. I love the river view. I get one of the rooms that face the river with a balcony to enjoy sitting outside of your room and look at the beautiful nature in front of you.

Not super busy, got a table right on the window with a beautiful water view. We had breakfast and the food was great. Highly recommend the eggs Benedict and the overboard!

Everything was excellent, the food tasted heavenly, our rib melted in your mouth, our waiter Over, I think that's his name, or that's how I understood it ?‍♀️ was great, kind and patient. The place is simply spectacular, eating delicious food and enjoying such a landscape is priceless!! 1k points

Steak Poutine app was ?. We were fighting over the last bit.
Mahi was overcooked, sadly, so tartar sauce to the rescue.
Walleye lacked seasoning, but cooked correctly.
Chicken sandwich was good. Our waitress was wonderful as was the bartender. Will be back for steak Poutine... yum

Delicious walleye dinner with plenty of attentive servers. We had a good meal for Wisconsin Dells.

Loved how great The walleye dinner with the risotto the fish was absolutely spot on with seasoned as far as really happy with that too spot on creamy everything should be. Were it lacks is the server man battling with sun.
