Absolutely the most rude bartenders I’ve ever encountered. Would not recommend, especially as a local.

We had a great experience at the Boat last night. The drinks were great, the food was amazing and our server, Alex took great care of us. I love the vibe of this place-definitely a downtown Dells gem!!

Best service we’ve received anywhere, lately— including Supper Clubs and local (to us) restaurants. Bartender & servers on top of things. Cocktails were great, really solid pizza. 10⭐️, DEFINITELY recommend!!

Went here because reviews said there was gluten free options and celiac friendly. Besides the gluten free pizza crust, there is maybe 2 other options - one being a $6 salad that is literally just a plate of lettuce (i did as for tomatoes and onion to be removed). Also, the music was stupid loud.

We go for the half priced wings on Tues and Thurs but I'd pay full price for them. We need to come try the fish fry some day. We also love the atmosphere and the quick service.

Fish fry was excellent and so was the old fashioned.

We are locals in the Dells and we usually eat at Showboat/Tugs at least once a week for their amazing specials! The staff is always super friendly and the food comes out at the perfect time. I am gluten free and they have the BEST gluten free pizza ever!!!! If you like Wings… this place is a must!!! Thank you for always taking care of us and providing amazing food and service!

Showboat Saloon refused to refund extra tickets for an event, even with the refund request made in advance of their 7 day requirement. Calls were made, messages sent, and no response. DO NOT BUY TICKETS IN ADVANCE UNLESS YOU KNOW YOU CAN GO! You have been warned. The bartenders we experienced were friendly, the bouncer was nice, the music was good, but I don't think I've ever had an (manager, I think?) employee go around telling people to be quiet during live music. If you aren't a townie, you're better off spending your money elsewhere.

We stopped in for an early dinner on Friday. Happy hour 1/2 price taps, very friendly service and the food was great. Both my son and I had the Friday fish fry special. I had Bluegill and he had Walleye. Fantastic! My wife had a personal pizza. She said it was very tasty and it looked great. I highly recommend the the Tug’s Kitchen.

Kid-friendliness: Tug’s Kitchen area was like a bar and grill.
