Just finished at Brianna’s. Food was decent, unfortunately not what we expected. I ordered a turkey BLT wrap. No lettuce, but tons of cheese and cucumbers! That was not what the menu said was on the wrap! Due to treatments my BF can not have anything cold. We asked for warm water from two servers, we got ice water. We could see the kitchen from where we were sitting. Our food came up and sat on the pass for close to 5 minutes before a different server brought it to us, because our server, young gentleman, was too busy playing on his phone. He continued to play on his phone the entire time we ate. We couldn’t even get his attention to refill my drink. He finally came by after we finished took our plates and brought the check. No service, no tip!

Nice place, a bit expensive for a gas station restaurant. Wide selection of food, clean place that was recently remodeled. The food was good, but nothing special.

I must have come here on disorganized night!
At first, the waitress gets me a Pepsi, its flat. I ask for a diet Pepsi, it's flat too. She then said that they're replacing the tanks. And this is taking 15 to 20 minutes. Now I'm half way through my supper. She comes with another, it's still flat again. So I ask for whatever they have, Mountain Dew.
Well I never got it. I finished my meal. Went to pay, no debit or credit. Cash only. (YOU THINK SOMEONE COULD'VE SAID SOMETHING?) So I went to the ATM And now back to pay, SHE CHARGED ME MY DAMN 3.00 PEPSI THAT I DIDN'T DRINK!
THIS IS PATHETIC!
all she offered was to put the flat Pepsi in a to go cup,
Don't know how this place can get such a high rating

We loved the previous restaurant at this location and were excited to try Brianna’s cafe. Food was ok. Chicken sandwich was horrible - rubbery and with no flavor. Waitress took it off bill but didn’t stop by our table again after. No drink refills, no check ins, overall not impressed.
Excellent food! Really lovely space. Open, clean and inviting. Good staff.

Stopped here on the way home from vacation. This restaurant is in Wittenburg, WI. Restaurant has plenty of seating both booth, table and counter. Seated immediately. Ordered breakfast. Omelets (ham & cheese and Denver), potato's (home fries & hash browns) and choice of toast or pancakes. I took pancakes. My dinner companion was not happy with the hash browns. I tried a bite and they tasted like cardboard. I was happy with my home fries. Nicely browned and crispy chunks of fried potatoes.The pancakes were heavenly. So fluffy, large and delicious. I think they were buttermilk pancakes and 2 of them. Buttered and drizzled with maple syrup I couldn't stop eating them. The omlets were just average. Our meals were very reasonable. Service was great. Coffee was really good. I would come back here again if in the area.
