Decent mcds attached to the gas station. Food was decent but wait times were fairly long, for minimal customers. Friend went in to place order while I pumped fuel. Filled tank, washed windshield, moved the car into a regular parking space, used the bathroom, and still waited quite a while before order was ready.

After going here for several years being disappointed almost every time, we are absolutely never going back! The staff, not all but most are rude, slow, sarcastic and most the time on PM shifts so high they can’t open their eyes! I have even witnessed them smoking weed in the side parking lot. Tonight I called for a manager which I rarely have done with all the issues. And staff were screaming (someone’s on the phone for you and laughing) the “manager” if that’s what you call him got on the phone and stated he wasn’t the manager tonight. He then stated what do I want him to do about the order that was all wrong, laughed and hung up on me! Mind you when I went through the drive through an hr prior they kept telling me in the order screen outside they couldn’t hear me to say it louder, so several times about 6 times I had to keep screaming and finally the girl says we got it now and u could hear several employees laughing and making rude comments! I let her know that was very rude, she stated she was sorry it was the “manager” and his “friends”! This is not the first time this kind of thing has happened or similar situations, it’s been several times. And unfortunately it’s one of two places to get fast food in the area. It’s a shame because I’m sure most customers come off the Hwy traveling by so they don’t voice their concerns and this is why they get away with treating people so poorly. It’s unreal and unfortunate! It’s by far the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to! I have talked to the higher up management about this and she’s just as bad!

Always nice and efficient but today they announced they were out of chicken and fries etc -!good thing I just wanted a soda!

Slowest McDonald’s ever. I would avoid if possible. Just stopped here again. Much better.
