We ate here at 7pm on a Friday. We are from out of town, we were looking for fish. There were plenty of tables, only three other table were occupied; so we had immediate seating. The service was prompt and friendly. They had a salad bar, hot buffet, and regular menu. We did choose the buffet which was mediocre. We likely caught the end of their services so things had been sitting for awhile and with fish, potatoes, veggies, etc. it makes a difference for food quality. Price was reasonable, especially if you have an appetite.

I had the Thanksgiving Day Buffet today. It was very busy. But they were able to squeeze me right in. It was busy but not overly loud. The salad bar was very good with all the option you want in a salad bar. The main courses were all there that you expect with a Thanksgiving Day Buffet. The were all hot and fresh. The turn over was great. The pumpkin pie was a must have as well. I walked out of there ready for the couch. Thanks for making my Thanksgiving day a thankful one.

We went for the Sunday Brunch a couple of days ago. We decided to go because of their ad in the Badgerland Values paper. It listed dressing along with soup on their salad bar. Those 2 items were not on the brunch. Very disappointed because my husband really likes the dressing and soup. Also, the ham tasted like it was reheated more than once and the beef was tough.
The waiter and cook looked like they did not any clean clothes to wear. Disgusting.
We won't be back anytime soon.

Prime rib buffet was delicious. They had ribs, shrimp, turkey. Alot of sides to close from. We drove a hour to get there and it was it was worth it.

We have been here twice for the Friday night buffet. Great waitresses , delicious food. And we stopped once for breakfast and it so good. Definitely recommend anyone to I there.

I Miss this! Good, home cooked food. The Prime Rib buffet was Amazing! Loaded with options, and the All-you-can-eat prime rib melts in your mouth! We miss these types of restaurants that are becoming rare! Everything made in-house! Absolutely delicious! We will be telling & recommending Chapparal Restaurant to our guests & customers!
