The servers here where so nice and helpful but the food was horrible. I ate here last week and I can't get how bad everything tasted. The prime rib was both dry and burned. The chickens breading tasted weird. The food over all was just not good.

Great late Saturday breakfast and Bloody Mary's. Fast service from Bill and Damon, played the machines a little with no luck but no complaints.

They don't seem to keep help because the three times I've been there there's always new people. The buffet this Sunday being Memorial Day actually, was terrible because they never replenished it until a half hour before they were ready to close. And that was only the biscuits but there was no gravy the corned beef hash was down the eggs were dried out and stuck to the pan everywhere nothing to eat cold. It's just very mismanaged. The food was bland and had an off flavor at the Easter buffet. Obviously instant mashed potatoes with no flavor, rubbery ham with again, no flavor. The salad bar and fried chicken was good. There were no wait staff to seat you when entering the restaurant; after waiting over 10 minutes to barely catch a waitress walking by, and nobody to check us out when we decided to leave prematurely.Calling and making the reservation was easy enough.For the owner responding to my review you must have the wrong Justyce as I never called and asked for directions or come from Reedsburg, I did eat at the restaurant, and was disappointed.
