Where do I begin? Our first visit was in the evening and I enjoyed the double cheese burger which I believe is the Mountain Papa. It was cooked to perfection and came with a substantial serving of fries. My wife and I came back for breakfast and it included scrambled eggs, bacon, toast or a tasty biscuit and fried potatoes. You can't go wrong with a diner type restaurant such as this. It's one of several reasons to take a day trip down to Alderson. It's in a convenient location l, right beside the main road, so you can't miss it as you're driving along the Greenbrier River. My favorite option here is the Steak Sandwich with some Fries.
