Last weekend I had Gig’s BBQ cater a party I was having & to say we were pleased with everything is an understatement. Greg went above and beyond for us in all aspects. We were at a location far off the beaten path and he happily delivered the food to us. The amount of food he brought was insane and all of it tasted amazing. We got pulled pork, Mac & cheese with bacon & green beans. I highly recommend all three! I’m not normally a huge green beans fan but I ate a ton of them because they were that good! Everyone commented on how good everything was. His homemade sauces & dry rub are delicious as well. Greg is just an all around friendly and great guy who happens to also make some amazing food. Do yourself a favor and go try it.

Greg is so great to work with! We had a double ceremony and he worked with both couples to make sure our day was perfect! The presentation of the food, slicing the brisket, serving the guest and of course the food were all phenomenal! He is fun, easy going yet professional in making the planning stress free. Greg catered a family reunion for us the Saturday before the 4th of July. He had much bigger events coming up for the holiday, but made sure to take care of us with great food and excellent service. Greg provided the food for a small party I had in honor of my father. He was very obliging; even though he had a much larger event that same day, he went the extra mile to make sure I had everything I needed -- not just the food, but the means to serve it, etc. -- to make the event a success. And it was! Everyone said the food was delicious. We had pulled pork and chicken with kaiser rolls, mac & cheese, baked beans, green beans and cole slaw. I recommend all of it!
