Went there saturday around noon hoping to get myself a nice sweet treat for completing my gym workout, when i got to auntie anns instead of being greeted with customer service i was greeted with a side eye and a “what do you want” with no further conversation being had besides glares and attitude. although the food was absolutely delightful and good as always the customer service was just not there and its quite upsetting as I do go to auntie Anns quite a bit and usually every other employee that I’ve encountered is very nice and does very well with my food, but for some reason, this one employee has a problem and ends does really good with upholding a nice record of always having great employees, good pretzels, and amazing care and customer service. I hope in the future that they keep it up and they teach this employee some lessons. Domiyah, do better.

Yes, we are by the children's play place so it gets loud. The weekends are especially loud. No fault of ours. We do not have time to walk out and hand people their orders, which is why we holler out the order. Never had a problem before. We have a line that goes down the mall. Working in food or customer service doesn't make you right when you're rude to begin with. Learn how to treat and talk to people and then you might have a better experience. Staff is friendly and the service is fast considering how busy this place is.

I went to the counter around 2pm today and asked for pretzel dogs. The rude cashier said we are out of them. I said forever or just for the day? Or momentarily? She yelled to the back and they said about 10 minutes. So I paid. And waited. Keep in mind. This location is right beside the kids play area so it is loud. So I hear someone screaming from Auntie Anne’s but I cannot understand them. So the lady yelling from the back of the store yells again. So I finally cut through the line and asked what are they telling for. The cashier, rudely and with an attitude, said pretzel dogs. So I then asked to speak to the manager and she said she is in the back. I said well you and the lady screaming could really use some training on how to improve your customer service. So then I called and spoke to the manager and she is just as rude and lacks the customer service to make her a successful manager. They need someone with more maturity and someone who can set an example for these young staff members. I could not hear them. They looked straight at me while they were yelling. If you knew they were mine, kindly walk out there, especially if they can’t or didn’t hear you. What if I were an elderly person or deaf. Have some respect. I am one to never complain but their disrespect just went through me. I’ve worked in the food business many years and I have worked in customer service for over 30 years. They should be ashamed.

i went aunt anns get small cinn nuggs the guy waited on me said they only have lgr i told him ill wait for small he said he cant do that i said just forget it. stay way from this place. aunt anns in huntington mall

The manager James was VERY disrespectful. I’ve never felt more uncomfortable and unwelcome at a place. His staff is AMAZING, however he is far from having a manger’s attitude. Great food & great staff, but be prepared for James?

Extremely rude gentleman up front. Simply waiting in line for beverages and food. Demanded that I stood in the back of the order line. Co worker corrected him, gave me our items, and thanked us. Someone reprimand him. Taller gentlemen, older, glasses & a white cloth facemask. So disappointing.

Went in to get a salty pregym snack. The pretzel case was near empty, Im talking maybe four pretzels. I was given a pretzel that looked as if it was older than Auntie Anne. Not to mention there was zero friendliness, just a "what you getting" and a "heres your total". No "hello" or "thank you". Don't think I'll return for any pretzels again but do hear their Lemonades are great so might return just to try them out.

Love their cinnamon pretzel bites. The girl working seemed to be not in a good mood maybe not up to work that day I don’t know. But other than that I love the food!

Tasty pretzel bites. Not crazy about the cheese dip. Good service. Friendly staff. Easy to snack while being a mall rat.

Considering the fact that i put in a big order and they "lost" it i don't know... It took a little while for them to "remake" it and the pretzels tasted good. The bacon rolls were all right but the cost wasn't. I like pretzels so i will go again regardless of the prices. It's a pandemic i get it you lost money had to raise prices to get it back. Everyone's doing it and im not hating on you for it. Just the fact that my order "got lost" and you acted like you never saw me before when it had been less than an hour since i placed the order.
