Yes, we are by the children's play place so it gets loud. The weekends are especially loud. No fault of ours. We do not have time to walk out and hand people their orders, which is why we holler out the order. Never had a problem before. We have a line that goes down the mall. Working in food or customer service doesn't make you right when you're rude to begin with. Learn how to treat and talk to people and then you might have a better experience. Staff is friendly...
Considering the fact that i put in a big order and they "lost" it i don't know... It took a little while for them to "remake" it and the pretzels tasted good. The bacon rolls were all right but the cost wasn't. I like pretzels so i will go again regardless of the prices. It's a pandemic i get it you lost money had to raise prices to get it back. Everyone's doing it and im not hating on you for it. Just the fact that my order "got lost"...
