The gentleman making the food had filithy fingernails . Dirty under nails and his teeth looked like they hadn't been brushed for several days. Atmosphere I rated poor due to the employees hygiene. The food was good but after thinking about his appearance/ hygiene I could not eat it. The manager on duty should be responsible for making sure the staff is clean and presentable to work.Vegetarian options: Good

Food tasted good, but there was numerous errors. Asked for no onions on the pizza, it was loaded. Asked for toppings for the sandwich, not added, and pizza sauce left out of the cheesesticks. Will give another try, but was not satisfied with the quality.
We come here every time we come to Barboursville and the pizza is always on point! The crust is crisp, the sauce is great and the toppings and cheese ratio is perfect. This is by far the best pizza place I've tried so far. Also, we tried the chicken bacon ranch grinder and is was amazing as

My mother has advanced Alzheimer’s and I order a Full Turkey Grinder for her and I to share a couple times a months. She is super picky and doesn’t like much but always smiles and leans in when I order this. The grinder is so filling, always hot and is delivered to us in no time via DoorDash. Bellacino’s is always consistent and a go-to for grinders in the Bville and Huntington area.

I work in the same shopping center, so I thought it would be a good place to grab lunch. I've been 5-6 times over the course of a year, hoping it would improve. I have never gotten a sandwich in less than 30 minutes. Today took over 45, I was about to cancel my order so I could rush back to work when it finally came out.It's dirty. Food is overpriced for what you get, especially since I've been eating it cold, hours after I intended to. Cannot recommend.(Gross, don't call me Mr. Kelley. An employee commented on how long I had been waiting. Nice political move, but don't try to shift the blame to me. I was sitting at the bar, there's no way I didn't hear them, or that they didn't know I was waiting. I'm not gonna call you, you don't have to make it right, I don't really think you can. I'm going to make it right, by choosing not to return.)
