Very disappointed not what it used to be poor quality of food and restaurant dining room was not clean tables sticky

very disappointed after years of loving the Italian loaf the quality is so down and I will not be going back there . Not worth the price !

This used to be the place I took my kids to many times because of their cheese sandwiches my girls liked and the people that worked here. But over the years, it’s changed, in a bad way. It’s gotten so much more expensive (so as everything else lol), they fill your cup with ice than your actual drink. No refill. Had to pay $2.50 again as refill. The cheese sandwiches were dry and old. The people aren’t friendly. I’m sure down the road it’ll get back to its normal shape. We still love big loafer.

I am not a person who writes bad reviews but today I feel like it needs to be done. We stopped by to eat on a Thursday evening. The staff was super rude and we actually walked away. I have ate at big loafer since I was a kid and will never eat there again. Please if the owner of big loafer sees this please speak with your employees about proper customer service.

Genuinely a great restaurant. I had the pepperoni roll and it’s was magnificent! The service was quite fast and they were very polite. The atmosphere is a warm one. Thank you Big Loafer! I will definitely come again.

This is always a stop when i come in I don't care about a line im getting my cheeseburger roll can definitely recommend the pepperoni rolls the pigs in a blanket are also great.

Had a delicious meal at Big Loafer today. I’ve been coming here since I was a kid and it just hits different. I got the slaw dog with everything (sauce, slaw, mustard and onions) and some chili cheese fries. Everything was delicious and just as I remembered from when I was young. Nice to have an easy location to get a good, reasonably priced slaw dog.
In addition, the young, dark haired girl at the counter did a great job taking my order. We will of course be back!

Surprising find in the food court of Huntington Mall. There is a ton of variety on the menu & the food is extremely good. I had the Big Loafer (which is a meatloaf sandwich) & chili cheese fries which were both worth it.

Stopped by for a corn dog and an original Big Loafer (with everything) it did not disappoint!!

Fresh scratch made corn dogs are a bonus.

What are these positive reviews?? Must be nostalgia and not really about the food or experience because this is food I wouldn't serve my dog. Food came out lukewarm at best and, in fact, cold in the middle of my sandwich. The seating area is all coated with years of funk that every surface is sticky. This is disgusting!

People are always very nice and the food has stayed consistent since I was a child. 1 time a few months ago it was different, but that's a pretty good record. Around 20 years and messed up 1 time. I read the reviews on here and too many people complain. I like the pepperoni rolls and cheese sandwiches. I have never been a fan of the pizza or the Italian, but that's just my taste buds. People need to leave more good reviews on wonderful places like this.

Still the best pepperoni rolls ever

Can't rate the food poorly because I didn't even make it to that point. Ordered my favorite meal, sat down with family and was told they had to leave because they didn't order food from here. Very rude service and every surface of the dining area was covered with sticky stuff. I got a refund and left. What a shame. There was one other couple in the whole dining area. It wasn't as though we were taking up a ton of room.
A shame to lose a lifelong customer.

Absolutely love the food here

The meatloaf sandwich is terrible, just really cheap nasty greasy meat with no flavor and it was $10 freaking dollars. There’s chili is also hot garbage. It’s just awful.
