Food was ok except not being able to substitute chicken sausage for people that have food allergies. Really cuts down the options. With Cracker Barrel and waffle House nearby, there's no reason to go back.

Waited 45 mins for a table for 2 and they skipped my name 3 different times and each time I said we should’ve been seated, the lady said oh yea I’m sorry I’ll get you next. Well skipped again! Never will I go back!

The Barboursville Wv store is a cut above the rest . The food is always cooked to order and hot when you get it . The service is always friendly and in top of their game your glass or cup never gets empty. The atmosphere is upmost awesome feels like home . Our past two experiences here have been pretty bad. Both times there were 5 or less tables seated so it wasn't busy. It took a while to be acknowledged to be seated. The table was so sticky even after being cleaned. Our drink glasses smelled like wet dog. Our waitress was so slow and forgetful for having only a couple of tables. We overheard multiple issues from other tables this visit. The food was decent, but I think we will visit other locations before coming back to this one.
