I can see why this place is never busy . At 12 something my mom had french toast which was like a kid made , she didn't eat maybe 5 bites ,nasty. My chicken noodle, tators was nasty also. I don't know what has happened to the food, service, atmosphere...very sad. They used to be awesome. Not to mention our waitress never checked on us not one time, but yet noticed we was not eating our food, but didn't even ask!!! I mean Wow ..this was our last time going. 30 some dollars for 2 people and we left 90%

To say I was disappointed is an understatement, bad doesn't even cut it. If you'd like small(4 inches in diameter), dry, boring pancakes, this is your place. Otherwise, youre better off going to IHOP. 0/10

This Bob Evans at the Huntington Mall area was excellent. We were introduced to out waitress from the manager. The food wS delicious and our waitress was so sweet and checked on us many times to make sure we were happy with our meals and if we needed any refills!
