I wouldn’t even give this place a 1 star! Horrible service, don’t know how to seat people correctly. Waited 45 mins for a table for 2 and they skipped my name 3 different times and each time I said we should’ve been seated, the lady said oh yea I’m sorry I’ll get you next. Well skipped again! Never will I go back!

The Barboursville Wv store is a cut above the rest . The food is always cooked to order and hot when you get it . The service is always friendly and in top of their game your glass or cup never gets empty. The atmosphere is upmost awesome feels like home . Thank you to all the staff at the Barboursville Wv store you guys and gals rock .

Our past two experiences here have been pretty bad. Both times there were 5 or less tables seated so it wasn't busy. It took a while to be acknowledged to be seated. The table was so sticky even after being cleaned. Our drink glasses smelled like wet dog. Our waitress was so slow and forgetful for having only a couple of tables. We overheard multiple issues from other tables this visit. The food was decent, but I think we will visit other locations before coming back to this one.

Brought our mother here for Mother’s Day thinking it might not be as crowded as more popular places, and it wasn’t. Despite that, after dropping off our food and quickly disappearing for the remainder of the meal we had cold sides, zero refills, and no waitress to ask for silverware or condiments that were missing. Made the assistant manager aware at checkout and he said “oh I’m sorry”. $90 lesson learned and we will not be back to this location.**the cold food did come out quickly for what that’s worth and the pie was delicious. Maybe a present waitress to make aware and a manager who cares would make it better for other customers.
Our dinner started out okay, but our server mixed up our order a bit. It was not a terrible problem. She only brought 3 dinner rolls and said she'd bring more when they were ready, but she didn't. She didn't check back for the longest time, so I had to go get a container for my leftovers. When it was time to leave, I had to have management correct my ticket for incorrect charges.

Was in there a while before anyone noticed I was there. The person who sits you and works the register was back over on other side talking with other workers, my waiter was very good and friendly. When I went to check out the person was not at counter again had to wait for a good while and one lady came from the back and just looked at me, didn't speak or offer to get someone to help me. Finally my waiter saw me still up there and said she would get him to come up there, she hollered at him from the side door to come in because he had someone at the counter, was asked how was everything and I replied "slow" the person didn't apologize or say anything else. I could have just left and they wouldn't have know. I had this happen several times at this location. Poor management for sure. The food was good.

I can only review the service we didn't get. Came in with my mother and son, waited to be seated while being ignored for over 10 min. I finally asked if anyone was available to help getting us a table, the blonde that was working the register made an agitated loud growl like I was bothering her and walked into the kitchen, the brunette I asked apologized when I said never mind we will go somewhere else.. we left, went across the street to the IHOP was seated immediately and placed our order within 5 min. I think I would have been ok if they had been busy or if she hadn't reacted the way she did to a polite question.
