This Bob Evans at the Huntington Mall area was excellent. We were introduced to out waitress from the manager. The food wS delicious and our waitress was so sweet and checked on us many times to make sure we were happy with our meals and if we needed any refills!

Literally one of the worst experiences eating out I have ever had. I couldn't even stay because of the heat. I am literally disturbed that the employees are working in there and the restaurant is still open. I swear it was at least 80° inside and I can't even begin to imagine how hot it must be in the kitchen. This company should be ashamed of itself for staying open if they can't even keep the restaurant a reasonable temperature. It breaks my heart that these people are still working despite these conditions. If I couldn't even stay to eat a meal, I CANNOT imagine working a shift like that. These employees shouldn't be forced into this. And I know how companies are. These employees should be compensated and the restaurant closed until they can create a safe working environment and safe place for customers to eat. Disgraceful.

I wouldn’t even give this place a 1 star! Horrible service, don’t know how to seat people correctly. Waited 45 mins for a table for 2 and they skipped my name 3 different times and each time I said we should’ve been seated, the lady said oh yea I’m sorry I’ll get you next. Well skipped again! Never will I go back!
