Was in there a while before anyone noticed I was there. The person who sits you and works the register was back over on other side talking with other workers, my waiter was very good and friendly. When I went to check out the person was not at counter again had to wait for a good while and one lady came from the back and just looked at me, didn't speak or offer to get someone to help me. Finally my waiter saw me still up there and said she would get him to come up there, she hollered at him from the side door to come in because he had someone at the counter, was asked how was everything and I replied "slow" the person didn't apologize or say anything else. I could have just left and they wouldn't have know. I had this happen several times at this location. Poor management for sure. The food was good.

Was our worst experience at a Bob Evans to date. My wife ordered an omlet with hash browns. I ordered an order of biscuits and gravy with coffee. The coffee was so lukewarm that the sugar would not dissolve. Our food also served very low temp. Her omlet had cold chunks of ham in it that were too tough to chew. My gravy was not regular sausage gravy but leftover chicken gravy from the night before. I did mention this to the manager who did the right thing and comped it. I do not believe in wasting food, so we did eat it mostly until my wife threw up. As far as the atmosphere, they sat us at a dirty table that was sticky. The highchair we had for the baby smelt like pee. We had to wipe everything down ourselves with the baby wipes. I could understand if they were busy, but this was at 830am, so theres no reason for anything to be that bad. We would have waited patiently for them to cook the food properly. Anyway, we will be avoiding this restaurant forever now. Best of luck if you choose to go there.

A well established place like this should have a cook who knows how to make a simple pancake ?. But no I had to send mine back not once but TWICE cause they were under cooked and gooey ? finally said to heck with it and just didn't eat them. No one offered me a discount but no biggie I guess cause it wouldn't have been worth it.

This restaurant is not staffed to provide service that I have come to expect. It can take 15 minutes to get seated when it is not busy. Take out is a nightmare it is rare to get the food when promised.

I'm pleasantly surprised. While prices rise, portions shrink, and quality deteriorates . I enjoyed the warm environment, great food, ample portions, and friendly accommodations from the staff. The price was fair and I will return. Recommend from my experience as a traveler. Speaks volumes about the management of this establishment, the team has clear expectations and supervision.Kid-friendliness: The staff was supper friendly and very attentive. The manager was circulating, keeping the flow and attention focused.

Listen. When I say the turkey was jerky. And the bread was baked 3 days ago and reheated a dozen times til the top was dark brown but still cold by the time it got to the table. I had to ask repeatedly for my whole order because it was brought out one little plate at a time til the table was covered in little plates of sides? I wasn't super stressed about how slow they were obviously because its the day before Thanksgiving but at least get the order correct and hot. 0/10 Ashland and South Point bob evans are they way to go honestly.
