Tried to eat here a few weeks ago. They were out of so much food and we waited 15-20 minutes just to get our drinks. NEEDS NEW

Ordered a 30 count of wings with sauce on the side and they gave me a tiny side cup that maybe held 2 ounces of sauce for 30 wings!

(New update to review a year ago) Going from three to two stars. Just got my order and I was clearly given the bottom of the bag. There is no manager/business that can tell me this is worth $15.99. 10 boneless wings and it was the size of popcorn chicken….this bdubs is becoming such a rip off.

Great food. Hostess should be able to be at the desk to seat costumers. My family and I stood waiting along with other costumers for about 15 minutes without a greeting or even seeing an employee. During this time at least a dozen or more costumers came in and decided to not wait and left. Once we were seated everything was slow but went good.

i’m not one to post negative reviews about any business, considering I work in the service industry and I know how corporate restaurants can be, but I’m really getting fed up with the way. This place is just extremely careless about orders through instacart and uber eats.. basically just to go orders altogether. I have ordered from this place more than 10 times and EVERY SINGKE TIME I request and pay for extra sauces whether it be ranch, mild sauce, mango habanero, etc And I’m not even exaggerating when I say every single time…. and I’m always hesitant to even place my order and then I say oh, they can’t not put the sauce in again maybe it was just a bad day, but literally every single time that I have ordered food from here. I have never been given any sauce that I paid for and tonight really put me over the edge because I ordered a salad and they didn’t even give me dressing. I also ordered extra dressing for it and my cheese curds they didn’t give me my southwest ranch for it and I also ordered extra southwest ranch that I paid for so I don’t know who I need to talk to to get the food that I order correctly because when you don’t put the dressing in the bag for a salad. You might as well just leave out the whole entire salad altogether because it’s not edible now especially when you overcook the chicken and it’s incredibly dry but you were very generous with the hot sauce on the salad, which was also why the salad was not even edible.. and the fact that I can’t even get any kind of refund for overpriced food that I paid my heart earning money for is just a slap in the face.. dish was one of my most favorite places to eat and I don’t think I’ll ever be orderingfrom here again and I most certainly won’t be going in person, because after reading all of the reviews about how dirty the place is, it’s really sad that a place has gone to this level and nothing was done

Since Cross Lanes Bdubs gave me food poisoning we’ve been going to this one and went in around 8:40pm it was dead we stood for over 5 minutes waiting to be sat. Finally after sitting down we realized our table was dirty and covered in stick including the menus. We never got a chance to tell the waiter or waitress because after 15 minutes of sitting with not a single person coming up to us for even our drinks we left and went to Applebees. Will not be back.

have literally sat here for almost and hour and watched everyone else around us get their food and not ours, come to find out they put it in a to go box and just sat it aside.
after actually getting our food, not even hot food. Hardly warm.
We were there today after church and the menus were disgustedly dirty. The table was dirty. They were out of like five different things, including boneless wings, which blows my mind. They brought all our meals except mine, and the waitress said that she gave it back to the cook telling them it looked horrible and they were making me another one. I ended up taking it to go. Also, your glass doors coming in and out of that place are absolutely disgusting. You need to clean them. My son had to ask for sauce because there was hardly anything on the boned chicken wings. Our waitress was great. I have to give her a definite five star. I see it’s going to be taken over by new management, I hope you turn it around.
Tried to eat here today. We should have known not to try again after the last time, or the fact that the parking lot was AGAIN like always empty. We walked in where they promptly informed us that the were completely out of boneless wings, cheese curds, and 3 other items. Who is managing this place? How do you run out of wings at a wing place not to mention several other things more?!? I definitely will drive passed and head to the Cross Lanes location next time.

Upon arrival, we waited at the front for over five minutes before being seated, which we understood since the restaurant was fairly busy. However, once seated, we noticed the table was dirty-sticky, and the fabric on the booth chairs was visibly dirty. It took another five minutes for our server to bring napkins, at which point we asked for the table to be wiped.
Shortly after, another server came to take our order. We then waited nearly an hour and a half for our food to arrive. When it did, the queso dip was nearly cold and had cheese all over the outside of the cup. Though my chicken wrap was delicious, it was served with what appeared to be the bottom scraps of the fry bag. Also, a spider crawled across our table during checkout, which was 😩
The bathrooms also lacked cleanliness, which added to the not so good impression.
While the food itself was decent, the overall experience was slightly disappointing due to the long wait times, cleanliness issues, and lack of attention to detail.

Waited over 10 minutes. Nobody in line. Nobody ever came to seat us. Several employees milling around, nobody even said a word to us. Acted like we weren't there until we left.
Definitely won't be coming back to Barboursville Buffalo Wild Wings. Waited forever to get seated. Then they're out of boneless wings ( my daughter wanted those) and fries, wedges and tater tots. Our waitress came back and asked if someone told us they just ran out of boneless wings, and no they didn't. Took forever to get our food. Brought out the wrong food and forgot some of our order. The waitress was great but poorly ran. Will be going to the Ironton location from now on
I understand the establishment was busy, but then the server said our food did not ring into the system 30 minutes after we had ordered but they could have it out in 5 minutes, we waited an additional 30 minutes for our meals and our food wasn’t even hot, then someone in our party needed a refill and our waitress didn’t bring their drink back until we asked for it about 15 minutes later. I’m very disappointed with my experience here and will no longer be visiting this location
