The food was cold was supposed to get a 12 piece chicken fry and was not even 12 it was cold and nasty will not be ordering from here again did not even get the right milk shake got Oreo and ordered a chocolate one im sorry doesn't anyone pay attention to things

I was a regular customer. I get an early lunch and I always come through a little after 10am. I'm always able to get lunch. Well not anymore. The people this morning refused to serve me lunch and told me I had to wait till 10:30. I ask about it because I was shocked because I normally get it the same time every morning. I only to got a rude response. So I'll be eating else where most days from now on unless... I really want burger king.

I use to eat here almost everyday but my job changed. Now almost every time I go it's long wait times, under staffed they close dining room and quality of food has dropped.

Always EXTREMELY slow service and order is NEVER correct. Sadly it is not only at this location but every location in the Tri-State Area. Placed a mobile order the other day, came through the drive through, one truck ahead of us, no one was inside. waited over 5 minutes behind the truck while it was at the window, they had the truck pull off to wait on food. We pulled up to the window, no one addressed us. Over 5 more minutes, someone took food out to the truck, then went back in and was confused as to why we was at the window and I said when I pulled to the speaker a while earlier I said I had a mobile order and was told to pull around, which still confused the person but, after about another 5 minutes finally got food and by the time we got somewhere, we checked the food and it was far from correct. I called about the issue and was told to bring the food and receipt within a few minutes or there was nothing that can be done, but they never provided a paper receipt and said mobile receipt or email did not count. Just awful service, always slow and inaccurate

Employees here are rude as can be. Just walked out without ordering because I was obviously inconveniencing the girl at the counter. Luckily Wendy’s is right next door and they are friendly.

Great location by the Barboursville mall! Dine in services may, at times, be limited, so best to mobile order ahead. Menu selection is always expansive. Great kids menu!
Parking: No issues. Highly trafficked area so drivers beware backing out.
