They claim to have the best cheese steak in the world and it's a little better than eating cardboard at the barboursville mall it is tasteless and made very poorly and the staff could care less

They get my order wrong more often than not. Ordered bone-in wings, got boneless; ultimate fries to go, handed to me in an eat-in tray and their answer was to pour the whole thing into the to go tray w/o refreshing the cheese. Just a couple examples. So why do I keep going back? I work the mall, and really only have 3 places I'll eat lunch from.

Terrible. DO NOT USE THE APP!!! We’ve been charged twice now while the app says the card was declined. Absolutely no way to get ahold of customer support. Idc how small of an amount it is, there’s a lawsuit coming.

Super basic. I could probably make a more flavorful philly at home. Hardly any cheese on the ultimate fries, the boneless buffalo wings were Papa John style if you know what i mean. I dont want to be rude but i was not impressed at all. Which is a bummer because I spent $50. 🤷🏻‍♀️

The one in Monroe is the best. Always great food and great service. Definitely recommend and I will definitely be going back.

What a rip off. Way to pricey for fast food

Placed an order, went smooth. However after I received my food I realized I was charged for more then I asked. I ordered a small sandwich, the lady even repeated it back to me. However charged me for a regular sized sandwich. Also every table was dirty which was disgusting. I don't think the employees cared much that day.

I placed an order here and after two hours waiting they cancelled my order they still have not refunded my money. I have called every single day and they will not answer the phone at all. It's frustrating to say the least! I would really appreciate my money back

Imagine being Brian White and being mad that your cheesesteak took longer than 30 seconds to be made. Stay eating at Mcdonalds Brian. Preety sure they "value" your business, lol.

I love Charleys and their cheesesteaks. I like trying new cheesesteaks everywhere I go and Im happy that I have a Charleys less than 15 min away! Their lemonades are excellent, too! I highly recommend stopping by and giving it a try!
