My app order went through at 3:29. There was no alert but when I arrived at 3:35 and the dining room was closed. I couldn’t walk in to get my order. Unbelievably, the staff was very rude about it.

I’m actually pretty sad, as I literally just gave this Chick-Fil-A a great review last week. That being said, my daughters are obsessed with CFA so I thought that I would surprise them with it since I was in the area, but we live an hour away. I placed my order on the app at 7:44pm, I chose to pick it up in the drive thru, but when I got there, they said that they didn’t have it on their system out there that I would need to go inside. (This same thing happened last week, but it wasn’t an issue when I went inside to get it then. The lady who took care of me that visit was amazing! Loved her!) However, this time when I went in, they said that they didn’t get my order even though my card was charged and it said on the app that I could cancel my order. The manager, was rude and not helpful whatsoever. I then went back to my car, canceled the order had to go back in the drive thru and reorder my food and wait in line for my new order. I didn’t get my food until 8:50ish. We will no longer be visiting this location which stinks for this owner as we visited pretty much any time we were in the area and always spent $50-$75 each time.

It was the most horrible experience as far as getting in getting the food and getting out it is the most congested restaurant I have ever been in it had to drive around. One thing about whenever I buy chicken is I only eat my chicken with pure honey. Not honey mustard, not honey barbecue, but 100% pure honey.
They gave me every condiment that I asked for except hunting they gave me zero didn't inform me that I wasn't getting any so I don't even know if they have it or not but they offer it through the app.
I'm from out of town and by the time we realized we're already getting on the highway it's too late and thankfully this isn't my restaurant and I'll never have to come back to it.

I called this CFA and let them know I was showing up with a group of 25 with about an hour’s notice. The manager thanked us for the heads up and let me know their parking lot was a bit small and asked what we were driving. When I told him 3 vans - he let me know they’d block off a space for us to park so we could easily get in and out. We arrived and he came out to meet us and, as promised, had spaces available for all three of our vans. We went in and they got our orders filled quickly and with a smile. Thanks for the great service!! Y’all are amazing! (July 22nd around 7pm).

Coming from Tennessee and the only other place I ever like to eat out is chick fil a. Well, came through the drive thru and the worker didn’t even greet or say hello. Her name was Carla and honestly seemed rude to me and I felt like she was purposely having me repeat my order oh and after I repeated it 3 times SHE STILL got my order wrong after I repeated it 3 TIMES.
