Well between the terrible traffic in the tight parking lot and the fact they have never gotten order right the first time, I'm amazed this one is still open. Food is good but I'm being totally honest when I say for 2 decades plus they have never gotten my order right one time. They always correct it quickly but not once has it been right the first time and I order nothing changed from their own menu.

Don’t come here. Charge for sauce and dressing, when most places don’t have that type of bureaucracy even though it’s their policy. Workers or the managers here really care about chick fil a making money. Imagine every place charging for extra ketchup or ranch.

Chick-fil-A is always a favorite. This particular restaurant has always had a pleasant atmosphere. However, there's a new change that makes it a bit difficult to visit, if you want to dine in. The restaurant is located on the side of a mountain, so there's never been any spare real estate around it. Now they've added a second drive-thru lane which circles the building completely, so they have lost much of their parking area. There was a narrow lane for driving around the building, which was between the outer drive-thru lane and where cars were parallel parked along guard rails, in what used to be a lot of slanted parking spaces, which, sadly, no longer exist. We drove around the building twice without finding an open space. We finally moved one of the cones which was blocking a number of parking spaces on the far side, so we could go inside to eat. After lunch, we found out why those spaces were blocked off. There was barely room to back out, due to the addition of the second drive-thru lane. There were hardly any customers inside, but tons of employees (the service is always stellar!), so I can only assume that nearly all those cars parked around the building were employees' cars. Next time we visit, we'll probably park further up the mountain in the Walmart parking lot and walk down to the restaurant -- not convenient or ideal, but at least we can find a space up there! I hope they'll come up with a solution for this parking problem!
Have they turned into idiots here? Told the girl I had a gluten allergy and she said alright and normally they flag it so i get a gluten free bun for my sandwich and i didn’t get it at all. The cheese on the sandwich was pepper jack and not colby jack, which is whatever but cmon. And then I saw some girl drive by in a silver suv and one of the managers came out and was like “omg thanks for the eggs”, they were in a crockpot btw. unsanitary if you ask me. Then another manager was literally sitting there rubbing her nose profusely and sticking receipts in bags. Just felt like a nasty visit.

Drive thru. Had breakfast today. The chicken burrito. The portion was very small compared to when they first started these. It was also extremely dry. If you add the jalapeno sauce it helps with the moisture. Was not very flavorable before then. Was not impressed with my choice.

I came through and got my usual number 1 deluxe meal and encountered the most kind and helpful individual! Hailey was her name and she was extremely professional despite the argument I overheard as I was waiting on my food and speaking to Hailey. She apologized for them and continued to provide me with the BEST service and attitude through and through. If anyone were to get a promotion, it would surely be Hailey who deserves it!
