I called this CFA and let them know I was showing up with a group of 25 with about an hour’s notice. The manager thanked us for the heads up and let me know their parking lot was a bit small and asked what we were driving. When I told him 3 vans - he let me know they’d block off a space for us to park so we could easily get in and out. We arrived and he came out to meet us and, as promised, had spaces available for all three of our vans. We went in and they got our orders...
Coming from Tennessee and the only other place I ever like to eat out is chick fil a. Well, came through the drive thru and the worker didn’t even greet or say hello. Her name was Carla and honestly seemed rude to me and I felt like she was purposely having me repeat my order oh and after I repeated it 3 times SHE STILL got my order wrong after I repeated it 3 TIMES.
Well between the terrible traffic in the tight parking lot and the fact they have never gotten order right the first time, I'm amazed this one is still open. Food is good but I'm being totally honest when I say for 2 decades plus they have never gotten my order right one time. They always correct it quickly but not once has it been right the first time and I order nothing changed from their own menu.
