Love Chick fil a but tonight, the service was terrible. When taking my order the cashier was so rude and threw the straw across the counter like I was an inconvenience… literally just ordered chicken nuggets, fries and a drink.

Must have been having an off day. Not busy, but took forever. I tried the chicken strips. Never again. Tiny, smallest I've ever seen and not hardly breaded. Whole meal was just a huge disappointment. Probably won't go back to that location again.

Not the best thing to look at visually while you are waiting to be served as everyone's back is to you very busy and for the time it took to wait for the food you would expect it to be fresh however the fries were old and cold.
Kid-friendliness: They have the kids menu but the regular portions are suitable for older kids as well.
Never have I been to a Chick-fil-A where I felt as if I was an inconvenience, and told I couldn’t have something I ordered. Today was the day. I traveled over 5 hrs away from my home to work in a different location for training. Day 1- I made a food order in this specific Chick-fil-A location. They were extremely busy, backed up, all orders in red, and very short staffed. Everyone in line was very kind and not a negative word was mentioned as we could all see them trying to keep up! My food was not great when I got back to my store to eat, but that was ok. I ate and never thought anything of it. I went back to get a water later that day and was greeted with a smile. Day 2- Walked in at mall opening and wanted a large cup or ice for my morning beverage. Mind you, I’m traveling and or I would have brought it myself. I was the only person in line, ordered a large cup of ice and was told “the best we can do is a medium.” No smile, point blank. I said I’d appreciate a large and you’re welcome to write on the cup ICE, I won’t try to come and get a refill if that’s your concern. He replied again, “the best I can do is a medium”. At this point I’m frustrated, I can’t pay for a large cup of ice bc they don’t charge for that, and they won’t give me one bc they think I’m going to try to scam and come back for a refill. Do better Chick-fil-A in the Huntington mall. People don’t remember what you say but they remember how you make them feel and I did not leave your location feeling like a valued customer who has over 18k (yes 18k not 1800!) on my app.

They never have my beef peppered steak. If the do it's dry no juice. So I'm going to suggest something else for dinner from now on. No Chinese!!!

Spend a few more minutes and go to the free standing CFA up the road. They are owned by the same person, but for some reason the one is the mall is not that great. Service is very slow and the food doesn't taste the same.
