The staff is very friendly and welcoming, offering samples of the various foods available. I didn't know which chicken I wanted but after sampling I went with the General Tsos. The chicken could've been cooked abit longer but was still good. Wish they would've had a steak option. They had this spicy chili sauce on the side that tasted amazing! I do recommend and will be back especially for that chili sauce.

Very friendly and customer focused staff they give out samples so the kids know which chicken they will like also they accidentally charged me wrong by $2 and gave us extra food and a gift metal set of chopsticks and silverware and a keychain they really are all about the customers and good food as well:)

The Barboursville Mall has a variety of options in the food court, one of which is China Max Asian Cuisine.The food court spot has standard Americanized Chinese food offerings: sweet & sour chicken, General Tso's chicken, lo mein, crab rangoons, etc.You can get a few different offerings (up to three) over steamed rice, fried rice or lo mein.I went with General Tso's chicken, as well as sweet & sour chicken.Which is your favorite combo?
