We had a great waiter, our food was very good. We were especially happy to know that the ambiance is going to continue, and NOT be replaced with some horrible square sign and building.

Stopped in this weekend to grab some food. Always a great place to eat in the past. Been a little while since my last visit. Had a friend with me that had never been and told them how good the food was and the people that worked there. This place made a liar out of me. We both ordered the steak and chicken combo along with appetizers. Steaks ordered medium rare. The chicken was so over cooked that it must have been in the fryer since the day before and the steaks were cooked well done at best. Mentioned this to the waitress and she grabbed both plates of food and took them to the back to show whoever. Brought the food back cold and said they're remaking our food. Second round was just as bad and then the manager tried to argue that our steaks were cooked to order but they were still burned and over cooked. No offer to make right since we didn't eat any of it since it was all over cooked and not worth eating anyways. We had to pay for the food regardless of not eating and treated like we were looking for a free meal. I don't know what's happened with this restaurant but it seems to be taking a negative turn. I will not be coming back nor will I suggest this place to anyone again after this trip and looking like a fool for taking a friend that had never been before.

I broke a molar while eating a burger that was to crispy from being over grilled or fried however the do it. Besides the meat with to much lettuce, too thick of onion as well as the thick hard tomato there was a lot of pickles that tasted more like bread and butter and not dill. I couldn't eat anything on the right side of my mouth from the broken and nerve exposed tooth for 4 days. It made 1 other molar and 2 top teeth above my bottom molars hurt so bad. 3 of them seem ok now but the broken one is like humpty dumpty when he fell off the wall. I need a root canal probably since the nerve is exposed and it'll prob need capped. Sucks because I've had very minimal work done on my teeth and never anything like what I'll need now. Im so scared. I hate needles in my mouth. Wisdom teeth removed in surgery with general anesthesia. Terrified.. the burger was not of good quality at all. It was like 70/30 that you buy at Kroger in a roll. Had tiny hard grissel like pieces in it before I bit into something hard. I believe it was just over processed meat. I hope you know what im talking about. When you fry it too long on too high of heat. The manager that gave us our order was a gentleman that said he has been there for 2 years. If you need i can get you the exact date and time. This cant happen again people. Was overpriced for the quality. I get better burgers from McDonald's sad to say 2/$5.. thats half the price of one burger. I normally prefer restaurant burgers. No more.

The hostess was not friendly, and the food was terrible. This makes the second time in past few months coming here to eat. Both times the food has been below par. The restroom was beyond nasty to the point I refused to use it. Even if I had there was no TP. Won't be back.

Location is close to interstate with plenty of parking. Service on the restaurant side was friendly and quick. Our order was correct and hot, plus filled us up for the day of sightseeing. The store wasn't as easy going. It was hard to find some staff to check and when we did they were not that pleasant.

The campfire chicken is tasty but it is not for sharing...waiter said it was enough food for 2, but it was not and we are not big eaters. The side order of dumplings were doughee and had no chicken

Would not recommend the cat fish or the chicken and dumplings. Disgusting. 🤮

The restaurant was dead and had to wait over an hour for our entrees to be served. Not only that, but a requested refill took 20 minutes. The food quality was mediocre. No thank you. No return visit.
