I have never had a bad meal at a Cracker Barrel! Their food is consistently good and so is their service.

This place is absolutely amazing!!! Stopped in there with a group of like 30 of us...we hadn't even called in ahead of time. We got seated immediately and the waiters were awesome. Never seen better service!! Their servings are very large and we all even got free pie!! Must stop in and try them out if you are going thru the area!

I’ve never had a bad experience at this Cracker Barrel, tonight our waitress was Sara M and she was amazing 🥹 so kind, she went above and beyond there was so many moments where we were like “we’ve never been offered this before” or just commented on how attentive she was. What ever yall paying her it’s not enough 👏 I don’t know if you can request whose section you sit in but I want hers every time.

My friend and I both had the home style chicken. Sides hashbrown cassarole, fried apples and biscuits. We loved the whole meal.

I ordered food to be picked up at 6 o’clock that evening. The guy gave me the total how much I would pay for it but however, when I went to pick up the order, they couldn’t find it so I had to wait on the order. It really wasn’t a big deal that I had to wait but it’s the fact that they lost the order

Food quality and portion size is not near what is used to be. Plating of food was less than desirable. Supposed dinner came out on three or four small plates. Mine was on a big plate with entree on one side and a small scoop of mashed potatoes on the other side.

Food was exactly right, server was exceptional, energy in the store was great... except for the few staff that were too busy talking personal stuff to pay attention to the customer in front of them. I was trained that when checking someone out, they should get no less than 95% of your attention.

Love Cracker Barrel. They had the fireplace going and it was fantastic. I am so happy they kept it the way it is and stop messing around with a wonderful situation I love Cracker Barrel
