Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

Came in right before a massive crowd just to pick up a mobile order i set to asap before leaving through the DQ App. Told them i was there to pick up a mobile order. They proceed to tell the cooks EVERY ORDER AFTER including 2 door dashers. And they wait until the lobby was empty from the rush to tell them to make my order despite me having it as a MOBILE order FIRST.
Got two free small blizzard coupons for it which didnt at all resolve the issue. Staff need to do better and not mess up who paid first and making people wait when they shouldnt have to. Whats the point in using the app if youre gonna be waiting for walk ins after you to get done first?

This is really disappointing as theyre usually really good about service.

Parking is a little tight but, overall it's pretty good ? Employee was friendly even though they were packed after the parade...bless her heart...

It was busy, no issue here. However the employee working the window at the drive thru was rude. Did not communicate what she was doing, or what was left to give us kept opening the window handing us the bag, then would just shut it back, without out saying anything . She seemed to be annoyed by the fact that she had customers at the drive thru. When trying to ensure we had everything she shut the window and walked away, we were missing food, never given the receipt and almost didn’t get our card back. Employee name was Lauren based on the receipt. I understand having a bad day, but this behavior and customer service, and service is becoming the norm for this specific Dairy Queen, and it’s going to keep customers from returning.

The manager was completely rude. Also she berated employees in front of customers. Acted like my family and I were a complete bother. Food tasted old and stale. Ice cream tasted funky. Worst DQ I've ever been too.

The restaurant was quite clean. The parking lot had a little trash but it wasn't bad. The service was slow which is the only downside. The food was excellent though. Prices are reasonable.
