The crew on morning shift are amazing!! They’re friendly, they’ve never gotten my order wrong and they’re fast paced. I’ve been coming in every morning Mon-Fri for a few months now; there’s never a been a day that they were anything but friendly even if they’re slammed. I occasionally stop at Dunkin by Marshall on my off days and I’m honestly never impressed with their service, they’re anything but friendly and they somehow always mess up my one item order. Truthfully I’d drive to Barboursville from Huntington every morning even if I didn’t work in bville. The service is outstanding, they’re by far my favorite Dunkin.

It don't matter if you go inside or in the drive thru the workers here are very rude even the manager. They complain about customers in the drive thru in front of customers inside. They charge what they want. Their attitudes there is awful!! Wouldn't suggest it to anyone I go to Barboursville so I don't have to deal with them!

I ordered a caramel macchiato because it’s one of the easiest items to make, but dunkin severely messed up a simple recipe. It was nasty and so disgusting. I took one sip and had to throw it away. A waste of time and money. I don’t understand how you mess up a simple menu item as such that terribly. If I could I would give it a 0/10.

this is the only Dunkin I'll go to! i drive about 15 minutes more because I refuse to go to the other one in Huntington. i've never had a problem with my order and the staff is very friendly! also fast service. all of the bad reviews were from over 2 years ago!

The donuts I ordered where old and hard. I had to throw them away except one. The guy that waited on us didnt under stand my inquiry about coffee. Will not go back here
Doughnuts were fresh asked for two hot coffees extra cream and sugar, cream was fine but didn't taste like they added sugar. The employees were talking to each other and I don't think paying to much attention to what are order was.

This is such an amazing place to get donuts or coffee from all the staff is awesome especially Seth and Jayden and the manger all of the staff are super cool they already know what I want when I walk in there very quick making my drink and there always super friendly
