The jamming patty was bumpin'. Environment was nice & the staff was great.

I hadn't been to this location for a long time. The only good things I can say was the server was friendly and the fries were ok.But my club sandwich was a big let down.It didn't look or taste fresh at all.The cleanliness of the restaurant was absolutely horrible.The booth seats felt like they were falling apart.There was probably 2 or 3 inches of dust on the napkin holder on the table.The table wasn't very clean and you could slide your feet around on the greasy dirty floor under the table.The women's bathroom was disgusting.Its really sad what used to be an awesome restaurant has went down hill so bad.I would definitely not recommend it to anyone now.

We tried a variety of things on the menu and I'm not sure anyone ordered a burger. In hindsight, we should have stuck to those as the other food was just meh. Our waitress was very kind and attentive. Beers on tap were being switched so nothing great to say there. Bathrooms needed a desperate cleaning in the womens.

Tried to get dinner. Server never came over after 15 minutes of waiting. Guy sitting next to me was waiting just as long and he had a menu and water in front of him. Servers seemed pretty informed because every time I saw one they were looking at their phone.
Understaffed consistently. Over the past couple of years the level of service has gone down significantly. They simply do not have enough staff to provide decent service. The servers who are working, work very hard, but they can’t keep up.
This leads to long wait times when the restaurant is more than half empty and inattentive service. I’ve been eating Fat Patties since they started in Huntington. The food is always consistently good, but at the Barboursville location a change is needed to provide good service.

My daughter and I stopped in on Dec 31, 2024 about 430 pm. We were returning from the airport in Cincinnati after a 3 day trip to New York City.
Of all the public restrooms I used in NYC except for one, Fat Patty’s Barboursville was by far the nastiest I had been in. Disgusting!!
