We drove 30 minutes for IHOP pancakes that we couldn’t enjoy because it was freezing inside! It was 68 degrees outside and the A/C was blasting inside. All the people around us were commenting, shivering, and looked very uncomfortable. I have Reynauds, so the cold hurts me. I asked the waitress (who was wearing her IHOP Tshirt over a healing sleeve shirt) if anything could be done about the air or if there was a warmer area. She said “ohhh, I don’t know” and walked away. People were leaving before finishing their meals. I felt like it was the middle of winter inside. None of our family finished their food, so it was a wasted, unenjoyable morning out together. :(
Notice I did not rate the food because we didn’t get to eat it, but I’m sure it’s would have been good.

Great food. Was busy and server seemed to try and rush us out by asking several times if ready to pay, but everything else was great. Loved the blueberry pancakes .

Well the food, service, friendliness and cleanliness...i would give it a 20 on a 1-10 scale.....speaking of food, pay attention to what comes with your order because they serve quite a big portion and you may end up taking some home with you. They always give good reco.mendations if you don't know what you want. Give it a try...and its difficult to recommend a waitress because they have all been amazing so far so ill recommend sabrina. She knows what she's doing and she always wears an awesome smile. Dont forget to tip

Food was just awful today and couldn't eat it. Ordered the steak omelette. It was cold when served but also unseasoned. Tasted like cold grease. Really was expecting hot food. Little bits of steak in it. No seasoning. The worst we've ever gotten there. We couldn't eat the pancakes because they were cold and the outside was tough. Spent a lot of money on food that really was not very good.

Very disappointed in my daughter's meal. She ordered the smiley face pancake meal. It came incomplete. The chocolate chips were in a condiment cup, and so was the whipped cream. Have you tried making a smiley face with whipped cream from a condiment cup? Impossible unless you happen to have artistic talent.

The food was great. Strawberry New York Cheese Cake pancakes were amazing. They could easily appear on a dessert menu and no e would be the wiser. The server Kassie was very helpful in offering suggestions as I became somewhat overwhelmed with the variety of selections and had a hard time choosing. It all looked so good! It was late and the weather was turning bad so it was slower than I magine a typical Friday night to be, so our good was quick to the table and we ended up chatting with our server, Kassie, for quite a while about local spots, this and that, as we are not from the area. I'd suggest to this IHOP to anyone hungry. They have everything. We will definitely go back when in the area next time for breakfast at midnight!
