My four year-old daughter and I often have breakfast here & as a server myself, I always notice service details and tend to look for the same level of care I give my own tables. Today Hannah D absolutely delivered. She was super attentive not just to us, but to her other tables as well and made sure all of our needs were met. Very friendly, welcoming, and on top of everything. I’ll definitely be requesting her from now on!

I'm not sure what was going on the day we went 3 adults, 1 infant. They were very busy but the staff didn't seem to be aware, mamager included. They let our food (any everyone else's) set in the window get cold then re heat EVERY plate in the miceowave and still manage to get it to our table cold. My order was wrong in every way and when I mentioned my eggs were cooked wrong the poor girl just looked at me. She wasn't mean just not helpful and didnt seem to care if we had hot food or drinks. Still left a tip bc well #serverlife 💜💜💜

Been waiting on my TO GO food for over 40 minutes and still counting. I feel extremely bad for the host who seems to have no expo or manager in site to help.

Figure the wife and I would start the new year off easy and go out for breakfast. When we showed up we were seated immediately but that was the best part. They didn't look busy but we were there for almost 50 minutes and all we got was glasses of water. Finely waitress came back to refill wifes water and said our food should be out in a couple minutes. We waited another 10 then got up and asked to see manager because we were leaving. Talked to manager, no apologies and nothing but excuses. Saying they only had 3 cooks, they had several to go orders ahead of us and on our way out the door all she could say was have a good new year. Don't recommend this place in it current state.

Visited on a road trip. The waitress was great with us 3 adults and my Service dog. She was on top of service even recommended something cheaper for my mom's order. Food was typical iHop fare.

Physically assaulted here by so me kid. Me and my wife placed an order here an hour before they close. I showed up to get our food and they said we are about to close we dont have it. I then spoke to a manager she then said someone stole it but its not thier fault. I said okay but what can we do about this how do I get money back and it is your fault if someone stole while it was in your possession. I was upset as i had a right to be but i did nothing threatening. Kid starts screaming at me thats what they are supposed to do and starts shoving out the store. I said get off and ill leave he continued to push on me. This has got to be thr worst restaurant I have ever seen. Don't eat here. If you do and ask how to get a problem fixed they will literally hit you.

The food was ok. I got the tres leches pancakes which were very good but VERY sweet. The hash browns and bacon were just average. Our waitress was very nice and the food came out quick. They do fill up your drink with a lot of ice so I would ask for little ice for the most liquid in your drink possible.
Server was nice but The music wasn't nobody wants to listen to that depressing country crap makes me not want to eat there

I’ve grown up around this town. My husband and I remember being very young and going to this specific IHOP as teens. Now we go with our kids.
I love the servers and it’s very clean. Of course the pancakes are delicious. This is a good IHOP.

We drove 30 minutes for IHOP pancakes that we couldn’t enjoy because it was freezing inside! It was 68 degrees outside and the A/C was blasting inside. All the people around us were commenting, shivering, and looked very uncomfortable. I have Reynauds, so the cold hurts me. I asked the waitress (who was wearing her IHOP Tshirt over a healing sleeve shirt) if anything could be done about the air or if there was a warmer area. She said “ohhh, I don’t know” and walked away. People were leaving before finishing their meals. I felt like it was the middle of winter inside. None of our family finished their food, so it was a wasted, unenjoyable morning out together. :(
Notice I did not rate the food because we didn’t get to eat it, but I’m sure it’s would have been good.
