Jersey Mike's Subs

I was here last week (Friday 9-12-25) about an hour before close. One of our subs was wrong. It was supposed to have mayo but the grill cook mistook that for mushrooms on the ticket. No big deal. Our other sub had mushrooms so I can understand the mistake. We apologized for the inconvenience and asked that they make another one. The guy at the counter was very nice, but the girl on the grill not so much. She was slamming stuff and was very aggravated that she had to make another sub. She brought it out and slung it on the table. We still said thank you and she completely ignored us. We took our food and left. I usually love this location, but their customer service is severely lacking as of late.

Terrible service. They rush you while your trying to order. They put my food on the mobile take out, when I didn't order online. Won't be back

We love Jersey Mikes sandwiches. Our go to is the #4 which is not in the menu anymore. But definitely try it and you won’t be disappointed!

Great food and friendly workers. I always enjoy coming here. The prices are a bit high, but everything is top quality.

A small store with seating for 20 or less. They do alot of take-out business. Staff were friendly. The bread seems smaller, and the meats seem to be a bit less than I remember from just a few years ago, plus the prices have sky-rocketed. Giant sandwiches used to be $13 each, and I thought that was high.

New to Jersey Mikes, I have been very happy with their food quality of food the speed of service and the friendly customer service…

Enjoyed! Closest sandwich to a Philadelphia Deli corner Hoagie 😋! Takes me back wish we had one in Ironton or Ashland. Subway is the worst!

Love this chain. As a PA boy and Jersey girl, we love the authentic taste and proper sandwich assembly. A good sandwich needs air between ingredients, not a slab of meats.

The gentleman messed up my sandwich and then got a little bothered when I pointed it out to him. Danny DeVito would not have been happy with him, just saying. But, once it was corrected, you just can't beat Jersey Mike's!!!

The only reason I gave a 4 star review instead of 5 is the parking has a 10 minute limit. Otherwise it was fantastic. Jersey mikes never disappoints
