Our server was very nice and helpful. Food was very over cooked. Burger was gray and burnt. Nachos for appetizer and the cheese and nachos were so over cooked it was dark brown nachos with brown cheese. You could not tear them apart and had to peel off the top layer. You could smell the bathrooms from our seats. And the bathroom was very unwelcoming and garbage everywhere. We really enjoy the one in Charleston was surprised by this visit here in Huntington.

Was sat after a small wait, after sitting down I went to the restroom, very dirty. I then went back to my table only to notice I had a grease stain on my pants due to the booth not being wiped down. Waited an hour on our food. Once the food got there it was cold. Small portions and bottom of the barrel steak. Steak wasnât cooked correctly. I let the waitress know my party will pay for our soft drinks but besides that we were not satisfied and will be leaving to eat somewhere else. For the prices it should have been good food and good quality but it was neither.

Havenât been here in a year or so but gave it shot today it was absolutely awful ordered the ribs. They were cold tough as can be and dry,had to choke down 2 and thatâs all I could handle waitress new it was awful she wouldnât even ask how the food was. Had to speak up and the manager would even come talk to us. Ordered kids popcorn shrimp and had to peel the tails off my kids shrimp. Definitely will never walk foot back in this place. This place has gone way down hill wouldnât recommend to anyone.

The worst service! Waitress didn't come back to our table to see if we needed anything. Never got more rolls or refills. Waited over an hour to get our food. Her excuse was it was because I ordered well done steak! Food was not hot. People who got there a while after us got their food, ate and left before we got ours. They were not busy at all. Will not be going back.

We have been going here from the moment the first one opened Before it caught on fire It was are favorite place We live on the Ohio side so it takes about and hour just to get there I got prime rib to eat there and a prime rib dinner to go The prime rib was horrible tuff and cold baked potato was cold This is what I eat there My wife's food was cold to We don't complain But I will never go back THIS PLACE WAS A TOP TEN BUT NOT ANY MORE I WOULD NOT EVEN GIVE IT A 1 STAR BUT I DID I SPENT ALL MOST 200 AND WAS SO DISAPPOINTED

I was seated immediately, but waiting 10 minutes and no server came to my table. They visited everyone else's table. There were only 5 tables sat and the place was empty. Also the restrooms need a major cleaning and renovation. I left, and went to your competition who sat and severed me in in less than 2 minutes

Server Dalton was the only positive experience. We were told 30 min wait. We noticed several parties called back that had arrived after us. When asked what's up, the hostess looked at the trash and said she threw it away đŽâđ¨. She immediately placed us at a table that was so sticky our napkins attached to it, and forgot to give us silverware. They oddly ran out of actual cups so served us the to go cups. The food wasn't bad. We ate as fast as we could because it was so cold inside! We probably won't ever return. If our server Dalton sees this review.. my advice is to run to a better establishment. Your service was great and I'm sure the tips for you could better if customers had an overall better experience.
