1-4-25 delivery order. 12oz.Ribeye loaded sweet potato, salad, 6 rolls , Mississippi brownie. This was$55.00 the steak was raw. The sweet potato was burnt. The salad was wilted. The rolls tasted uncooked. The dessert was burnt.! Very disappointed. Will never eat here again. And the refund was a. joke! Should be reimbursed for the whole dinner!!!oh the ice cream 2 tsp's I can certainly see why there's talk of shutting down!!!

Whoever the waiter we had, was terrible. No niceties at all, one word questions, one word answers. He brought the check, didn't say a word and walked off. Your tip reflects your service. You got a dollar. That was too much honestly. And I usually tip 30% of the check because I've been there. The salads he made (I saw him make them) had so much dressing it burned my mouth. The steak was decent, not great. The rolls were decent. Parking was good because nobody goes there anymore. I see why.

I’m completely confused! They decided to make the veteran’s discount apply to ONLY the veteran’s meal ON Veterans Day and claim it was implemented after COVID! No it’s never been that way we were here a week or so ago and it applied to the whole bill. We had a free app code for Veterans Day and THEY decided not to apply that but give us $3 off. Not ok
We were greeted immediately by host stand. They were on a 25 min wait but chose to dine at the bar! Shawn greeted us immediately and got our drinks! The restaurant had a lot of dirty tables all around. And stayed dirty and with dishes until we left. We enjoyed our experience but we could had really enjoyed some ambiance. There was no music. Staff was short handed I think. Manager was on line working so he had his hands full. Our Caesar salad and chili were delicious! Our Trout wasn’t of good quality. Our Broccoli had zero flavor except u could tell it was old. Mac & cheese had grisly bacon. The entree was the worst ever. We should had ordered red meat. Pics of restrooms shows lack of upkeep. It’s close to the interstate and shopping. Hope they get more help. Things could def be better.

Steak was prepared three times when ordered to be medium rare. First time, well done, second and third pretty much raw. Salmon and shrimp meal for two was cold when served. Our waitress was phenomenal and overly apologetic for the food and removed the steak meal from our order. The manager came out, asked how our food was and seemed somewhat concerned that our food was not cooked to order and cold. The restrooms were disgusting to look at and wreaked of urine. When driving an hour and a half to shop and pick a place to eat, you expect to have quality all around, unfortunately we did not have that exp.

Ordered medium rare steak got well done. They fixed another steak which they said would be 3 minutes. About 10 minutes later brought me another well done steak that they had even cut into to check. Manager offered to cook me another steak himself but by this time I had eaten my baked potato and broccoli. They were very nice and took steak off bill..apparently cook doesn't have a chart showing proper way to grill steak. No hard feelings just vegan sunday lunch.

My fiancée and I were on a lunch date and chose Logan’s. We did have a slight problem but when the staff found out about it they went above and beyond to make it right. Because of this we will forever be choosing Logan’s Roadhouse next to the Huntington mall.
