Had a foremans meeting for work n the back room. Super great staff! Thay gave us a nice private spot. Food was really good an came out fast.. once we ordered it lol all around super good experience. We will definitely go back ASAP!

We were very disappointed in our meal here. This place used to be so great! The food was a lot lower quality than I remember. I was expecting quality similar to Texas Roadhouse but sadly it has went way down at this restaurant. They were short staffed on this day and their tables were very sticky.

First time here & never again. Took over an hour to get our food. Ordered steak med rare & it was super rare & tough. They refixed the steak & I took it to go since everyone else was already done by that point. I cut it when I got home & it was cooked correctly but still super tough. A manager came by BEFORE our food was even there. Didn't come by after we got the food, despite my complaint & no discount on our bill. The music blaring was TERRIBLE. We were ready to leave right away because of it. Our waitress did fine so she got a 4.

this week I went here for some lunch the food was good but my server was absolutely awful. The woman with the long braids had such a bad attitude the whole time and was so rude. As I was leaving I overheard the girl raising her voice to the young host about tables. Very unprofessional. As a restaurant manager I wouldnt tolerate that behavior. I would not recommend her as a server at all!

If you're looking for home cooked meals this is the place.
Waited 45 minutes to be seated. Waited half an hour to order. Waited over an hour for food to come. Would not recommend this place to no one. Bill was $200. Not clean either. Not going back there.

First time at Logan's Steakhouse, wasn't super impressed. Our table was sticky from not being cleaned properly. The women's restrooms smelled like urine, simply mopping and spraying air freshener would fix that issue. We got our salads and within minutes our entrees came out - not sure if this is normal seeing as we have never visited a Logan Steakhouse before. We both ordered the Filet Mignon it was great. My daughter got a burger that she didn't care for. My son got steak tips and fries which he liked. The place wasn't busy. Our waitress was nice - and did absolutely nothing wrong! We were just passing through on a road trip so we won't be back and it has nothing to do with service.
