We’ve tried giving this restaurant chance after chance after chance. End up getting the same waitress the past couple times. Last time we ended up walking out. She is highly disrespectful and inappropriate. Brings my husband a beer when he doesn’t even order one and says “it’s on the house” not once but twice , meanwhile not even taking my children’s drinks nor mine. Will never be back. Believe her name was Kalyn. Surprised this establishment is still doing okay considering they have people like her working their.

First time trying Logan’s , never again . Arrived about 11 :15 , just after they opened.server was nice , attentive and knowledgeable , took about 10 minutes trying to decide cause menu gave a ton of options but we went with a rare 6oz. Steak and shrimp on a stick . Once order was taken we sat til about 12:20 and our food came out and it was cold . I mean so cold that I picked up a handful of green beans with my bare hand! Picked up my crab cake and broke it apart ! Shrimp on stick was cold to touch . Floor manager came and apologized and made it right but dang Logan’s has a reputation and this experience was pitiful.

1-4-25 delivery order. 12oz.Ribeye loaded sweet potato, salad, 6 rolls , Mississippi brownie. This was$55.00 the steak was raw. The sweet potato was burnt. The salad was wilted. The rolls tasted uncooked. The dessert was burnt.! Very disappointed. Will never eat here again. And the refund was a. joke! Should be reimbursed for the whole dinner!!!oh the ice cream 2 tsp's I can certainly see why there's talk of shutting down!!!

My fiancée and I were on a lunch date and chose Logan’s. We did have a slight problem but when the staff found out about it they went above and beyond to make it right. Because of this we will forever be choosing Logan’s Roadhouse next to the Huntington mall.

Whoever the waiter we had, was terrible. No niceties at all, one word questions, one word answers. He brought the check, didn't say a word and walked off. Your tip reflects your service. You got a dollar. That was too much honestly. And I usually tip 30% of the check because I've been there. The salads he made (I saw him make them) had so much dressing it burned my mouth. The steak was decent, not great. The rolls were decent. Parking was good because nobody goes there anymore. I see why.

I’m completely confused! They decided to make the veteran’s discount apply to ONLY the veteran’s meal ON Veterans Day and claim it was implemented after COVID! No it’s never been that way we were here a week or so ago and it applied to the whole bill. We had a free app code for Veterans Day and THEY decided not to apply that but give us $3 off. Not ok
